The entire front grill was cleaned SO WELL! No leftover bugs! I was thoroughly impressed! Despite the numerous amounts of cars, the guys took their time cleaning each car and especially mine. Update: I was stuck in the car wash for about an hour, unable to open any of the doors to my vehicle. Two firefighters arrived to pull the arms off my car so I could drive out. The manager happened to see the firetruck and drove over to investigate. After showing the scratches on my car to the manager, he gave me the impression that he would make the situation right by directing me to an individual at a specific body shop. Two days later when I returned with the cost of the repairs, the manager called me shady and hung up on me after saying that there is a sign on the premise stating they are not responsible for damage (these signs generally do not release a company from liability and are mostly a scare tactic) My options are now to file through my insurance, take the matter to small claims, or eat the cost of repair. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

It's been more than a month since our local full-service car wash places closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, so all three of our cars were filthy since we can't use our household tap water to wash them ourselves because of the high mineral content. I called the phone number on the van and spoke with the owner, Chris Ortega, and confirmed he was indeed open for business and we scheduled an appointment for today for him to come to our home to do all of our cars. Chris provides all of his own purified water from a tank mounted inside his van and uses all of his own car cleaning products. He stayed in touch to confirm our appointment and then showed up on time for it. He and one other guy went right to work and did a great job on all three cars in about 45 minutes. They pressure-washed all the bugs and desert dust and sand off of them first, then soaped and scrubbed them with soft brushes, rinsed everything with purified water, towel-dried the cars from front to back, hand-washed all the outside windows, and dressed all the tires. Total cost was $20 each for two large SUVs and one small sports car. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely use them again. Glad to see a local business still open for service while observing safe social distancing. Hope to see Chris and Safe Clean continue to do well.
