I canceled my membership. Good location and easy in and out but that's about it. Attendants don't prewash the grille. There are little to no supplies outside. Last two times there I had to walk in and ask for more towels and the attendants are just sitting around playing on their phones. Bathroom doesn't have toilet paper or hand towels. Overall not a good experience. Needs an "worker" overhaul. No one seems to care at this location. read more

I went in today, Sunday, 6/2, 2024 and paid for a 30 dollar car wash. No one brushed the front end down and the left arms of the machine were broken. My car was dirty after I came through. I asked the two attendants for help--to see if they could manually brush it down. They said they had no brushes and admitted the machine was broken. I asked for a refund. They said they are not allowed to issue refunds--but gave me a national contact number, which is conveniently not open on weekends. My fault for going back. Stay away. read more

First time and what a disappointment. The entrance and Wash was ok. They didn't wash the sides and tires of the car. When we got out several of the vacuums were not operational and there were only 4 squirt bottles, one with a broken top. There were 2 stations for cleaners and towels which required a lot of walking around. What noses worked were too short to reach the back of our SUV so we had to turn it around. Thought you would be better than the other car wash but you are equals. Fix your equipment, get you staff out of the buildings and interacting with your customers. read more

I drove there last week and the wash was closed during operating hours. This has happened to me 3 times now in the past year. I know it doesnt sound like much but I drove 30 minutes to get there! The majority of the time I do go there some piece of equipment is broken. The left side scrubber was broken for months. I cancelled my membership and then a short time lately received an email saying I won 3 months of premium washes. So I signed up for them. Drove 30 minutes to the carwash and it was shut down!!! I'm disappointed by my trip here. I came in because I was due for a car wash and because a bird left dropping on my window the other day. After getting the mid range, $15 wash & going through the tunnel, my car was barely any cleaner, plus there was something left on the passenger window that was not there before. The soapy water dried on my windshield and actually makes it appear dirtier than it did before. In addition, none of the employees talked to me of gave me directions. I prewashed my truck before I arrived. It had been a while since the last wash, and I wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. I paid for the "Shine and Sheild "Premier") wash. the wash says that "Tire shine" is included. Long story short: My tires are not shiny...at all. I picked up some Tire shine at the Dollar store down the street to do the job myself. I felt cheated. I was considering a membership, but decided NO. If I don't get what I pay for, even a membership is a bad deal. read more

Ever since this car wash became Zips, they have gone downhill. They used to have people to preclean, like wash off the bugs, now they just wave you in. And I don't think they even load up the various soaps they charge for. The spray bottles in the clean up area just have water in them. I am sitting here now and just see a couple of bottles, maybe, and few clean cloths. read more

I have been going to the Milledgeville location pretty much weekly for the past 4 months. Usually there is no one at the pay station (to sign up new members). Then there is no one at the starting point of the car wash (to start your car into the wash/building; you have to wait a minute or 2 till someone saunters over to get the wash started). About every other visit there are no towels at either outdoor station and no visible attendants. I have to repark my car on many visits because 1 side or the other side vacuum is not working. And today all of these things happened. When I went inside to mention the lack of towels there were 3 females (employees I presumed) sitting in the office with the shades pulled and the door shut. I didn't knock, I just walked in on them. They were all sitting down, making jokes, laughing and eating chips. When I told them about the lack of towels none of them got up; they just ignored me and kept on chatting with each other. So I went back into the lobby, got some towels there and proceeded outside to detail my car. So if anyone is looking for a job where you can sit in an air conditioned office, joke around, eat chips and do no work of any kind, this is the job for you. read more

My hand vac at home is 10 x stronger than your vac system. I don't believe a single dog hair came up off my car's carpet. What's with the short tubes on the vacs? Could not even vacuum out the back of my SUV. Done with Elements - going back to TidalWave. read more

I signed up for a one month unlimited car washes in the month of March when it was pollen season. I just realized that Elements has been charging my credit card $24.99 every month since March and I was not getting my car washed and I did not agree to a reoccurring monthly charge. They have billed my credit card now for 5 additional months. I tried calling the number on my credit card statement to dispute the charges and the number is disconnected. I have left two voice messages on the local Elements phone number and no one has called me back. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. Buyers beware. I will no longer do business with this car wash. read more

My truck was damaged in their car wash. The owner stated that she would pay for it and then refuse to do so afterwards.

When Elements first opened here in Milledgeville, GA., it was AWESOME. The Associates would hustle and ensure your car received a good brush/spray before you entered the wash. The last 4 times I have visited, the associates barely move out of the spot they are standing, a brush hasn't been used on my car since the first month they were open. I am disappointed in the decline in service within a short period of time. I have a feeling, the monthly membership I purchased will be ending soon. The only reason I was generous and added 2 stars is because the automatic wash itself does pretty good. read more
