The drive-thru wash itself has multicolor lights, which makes it feel a little more fun than usual. Afterward, you can use the self-service vacuums and mat cleaner. They also provide towels and spray so you can take care of the interior and any extra exterior cleaning if you want. Good spot, prices are comparable to others in the area but overall I feel this car wash gives a little more than what you'd get elsewhere.

They have an Express Only lane when entering the wash so if you're a member, you can use that lane and not get stuck behind someone who didn't pull close enough to the machine so they have to open their door to put the card in, and end up dropping it and you're watching the cars in the other lane go through when you stuck behind that dang silver Toyota Camry.

The only thing I want to note is that tipping online is distributed to the whole team, not the individual(s) cleaning your car. Feeling that was a little unfair based on the circumstances, I ended up tipping again. In total, I spent about $96, which sounds steep, but those are three hours that would've taken me all day without looking half as well done! Plus, it was walking distance from the rest of the businesses in the Waterford Lakes Plaza and across the street from home. If I ever need a thorough wash, they'll be seeing me again.

I gave them three stars, and paid because even though I wasn't satisfied with the service, the employees seemed nice. She has clear video and photos showing the difference before and after, so the damage absolutely occurred there. When she brought it to their attention, some of the regular workers tried to be kind to her, but the manager on duty, Taji Street, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of taking accountability, Taji refused to allow my mother to keep photos she took of the damage on-site -- almost like they were trying to prevent any evidence from being documented. That alone says everything about how this place handles responsibility. My mother filed a damage report and was assured someone from corporate would reach out. It has now been over two weeks with zero response. No email, no call, nothing. Total avoidance and neglect. At this point she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment from management is unacceptable. This car wash damaged the vehicle, refused to acknowledge it, and then ignored follow-up. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. They do ask for a tip on the screen when you go to pay. I give a small tip but there is always someone helping me with the payment system. They have a monthly membership and different car wash options other than basic. The vacuums are free. They don't have any towels or anything extra to go along with the vacuum but it does the job. Will be back as long as they continue the great basin wash and good service!

All they did was spray and needless to say, the bugs were still on there after the wash. I went back around to have them get the bugs off and to go through again and was told by two very young guys in their 20s that they couldn't do anything for me unless I purchased the "car wash plan". I had paid the original wash of $14 + $5 tip = $19 with my phone using Apple Pay and when the "manager" also a 20-something year old guy said he was unable to refund my $19 because I had used my phone to pay with ApplePay and asked for my physical Apple Credit Card. That didn't work because ApplePay via phone and Apple Credit Card have different last 4 digits. As such, I WAS NOT given my $19 credit back after having to purchase the "Plan" for $11.49. UPDATE: I called customer service and reported the incident and was promptly given a full refund of both charges and cancelled the membership. Jennifer was great!
