I became a Zips club member because of the proximity of this location only , we are in this area twice a week but are not very close to other Zips locations. Since I have been to other locations. This one is the worst . It has been closed several times during normal hours , the vacuums are weak . Often the wipe cloths are not available, because of the wind they say. Another location simply puts the cleaning bottle caddy on top of the cloths. They used to pre treat but no more. If other locations were this bad we would not be members read more

I was more of a fan when it was St. Peters car wash compared to Zips. The friendly employees alone made this average wash better. The wash itself is just average, always has been, but I'm aware of that since it's an automatic wash. But for the love of god please have two people at the pre wash station!! Makes no sense to have one employee guide you in while attempting to spray off the front bumper/grill(not do the wheel wells) and running boards. Sending you on your way through the wash then to have them frantically spray the back window and tailgate of my truck. All the while the passenger side of my truck(wheel wells and running boards) are untouched and filthy still. I'm well aware of employee shortage across the country or whatever but this problem has been going on well before covid and also before zips. Do better please. read more

And lastly, the last time I went they let me go through the car wash AND THERE WAS NO WATER! All the brushes and stuff we're working and moving but there was absolutely no water/soap. I had been going to the St Peters Car Wash for years. It was bought out by Zips and went straight into the toilet right after. Staff can't do anything without contacting the corp. office. They have always been personal and friendly, but now they can't do anything to make things right. The staffs hands are tied and they lost their personality. I do feel sorry for them. I bought a new Jeep and had them transfer my membership over to it. The Jeep got stuck in the car wash half way, and the car wash did $450.00+ of damage. The staff admitted it was their fault they said they saw the whole thing on video (but I wasn't allowed to see it) and they would put in a claim. Now 2 months later and the staff is still waiting on corp. to decided if they are going to pay. Even though I gave them 2 estimates! Canceled my membership on the Jeep and my truck yet they are still debiting my account. I have had a membership at the Jungermann car wash since it opened. Ever since Zips took over, it has gone way down hill. The employees are so unfriendly and unhelpful, there is never any one to help you in line and they don't direct you properly into the car wash. I don't know what changed inside the wash, but now every time I leave my front license plate is completely bent, my side mirror is folded in, and the back of my car is still filthy. I will be ending my membership and would not recommend this place to anyone. I need to find wherever the original owner went and go to that wash. Those people knew what they we're doing. Since 5 days ago no one from zip's corporate office or the general manager Mr. Determine has contacted me.They actually threw the part away that goes on my wife's volkswagen eos said Stephanie the manager at that location on jungerman. Then today I get a reply email that said they will not replace the cover of my wife's side view mirror. They said that if any parts fall off the car it's because it's not touchless it's not their fault. Has anyone else had problems like this? read more

Crew for the most part is very good but there's a problem with this wash. After going through it a couple of times, I noticed how roughly the track is when your car is being pushed by the roller. 2nd time I got a wash here, I got out to check it after felt I good smack on the right side and low and behold there was a fat rubber mark on there, but luckily no denting. I was able to buff it out. The first time I was in the wash, the car that was a few in front of me had some damage on the right side. Owner was evaluating it with one of the crew. Then at my 2nd visit (the time I felt the smack on my car), there was a car with damage at the exit just outside the tunnel, and they were evaluating how to fix some damage to the lower portion of the owner's car again, Hopefully they get that fixed pronto, because I would not recommend using it until it has been addressed. read more

I requested in writing to cancel my membership over a month ago. It took this business over two weeks to respond to my email, then they still charged my credit card again for two memberships. They are unresponsive, unprofessional in their policies, and refuse to do a simple task (cancel a membership). One of the cars they are charging me for was sold before the new year, and I notified them to cancel my membership 2 weeks before that, yet they still have not done so. I do not recommend giving this car wash your business, and I definitely do not recommend getting an impossible to cancel membership. I am having to go through my credit card company to put a stop payment on this in order to not waste any more money. read more

Something is always broken at this specific Zips location. The reader for monthly members has not worked in months. Only half the vacuums work. Most recently the prewash spray station was down so they had a note on the screen before you enter, that you may go throw the wash twice if you would like. For $17.99 a month, that's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for. I know they are losing business because they keep lowering the unlimited monthly membership. It was $17.99 when we signed up in April and now they have a special for $10 a month. I truly feel bad for the workers who are always having to deal with something breaking or going wrong. read more

This is probably the cheapest car wash around, but the up-selling makes it not even worth the hassle. The employee who greeted me tried to sell me the $14.99 car wash for 5 minutes. I had to ask for the basic wash 4 times. He then wiped his finger on my wheel and showed me the dirt and told me that if I didn't get the premium wash the dirt would be corrosive to my wheels. I signed up for the membership during the holiday promo. Everything was going fine. Until I visited the location one day in the summer it had cones in the driveway so I couldn't enter. I looked at the hours of operation and it was supposed to be open. I tried later that day still not open. Didn't mind and said I'll try again. I tried a month later and same thing cones in the driveway. Just tried again in June 22 and same thing. So, I tried another location the one on St Charles Rock RD. The driveway is a one way so I drove to the members only lane. My sticker didn't read so I sat there for a while kind of looking around, there was no workers in sight. So after about 5mins I decided I needed to back out. While doing so there were several vehicles entering causing one to almost slam into me! I was upset but still needed my car washed and besides I'm paying for unlimited washes right! Tried the location in St. Peter's same thing sticker didn't read and no workers in sight! Open a ticket for them to only tell me my account is active and to check to make sure there is no wires sticking out of the pass! In the meantime what am I supposed to do when I've visited 3 locations with no single person available to even get a new sticker! read more

I had very few issues with this car wash before Zips took over. Since Zips took over, it is literally the worst car wash I have ever been to. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would. They are rarely open, there are rarely employees present, there are cones in the driveway often, the tag readers for members haven't worked since Zips, and on top of all of that, the prices doubled!! I have tried to cancel my membership for 2 cars several times and I am still being charged, even though I can't even use the car wash. So I am paying $17.99 and $14.99/month ($32.98) for a service that I do not have access to. I have talked to employees at the wash who give me a phone number and then I get to a person to cancel. They then tell me it's all cancelled and I still get charged. Not only am I not getting the service I am paying for, I am now out 3 months worth of the payments, almost $100. It's absolutely maddening and I don't know how to rectify this situation other than going to the BBB or the police. This cannot be legal!!!!!! read more

I am not one to leave bad reviews unless the experience was completely awful. Just left St. Peter's car wash. I bought the $15 wash which in itself left nothing but spots all over the car and windows. Probably the worst drive through wash I have ever had. As I was waiting my turn to exit through the blowers the car in front of me had the "wait" sign so obviously his car wasn't moving. The automatic drive kept pushing my car forward into his. When I tried braking all it did was push my car up and into his even further, leaving scratches on the bumper of his shiny red car. And here is the kicker...wait for it...the "free" vacuum was absolutely junk. I would have had better luck sucking the stuff out of my floorboards with a straw. I will NOT be visiting this car wash again and intend to share this with anyone else who lives in the area. Absolutely awful. read more

St. Peters car wash has such great service, prices and quality. The guys who work there are always so polite and never pushy. They give me the $12 Hot Wax and Shine which cost $20 up the road at Country Club for $8 after 5pm because of their daily Happy Hour special! Its nice the car wash is so cheap. But you get what you pay for. I paid an extra $2 for my wheels to be cleaned and they were not clean. Had to clean them myself. Also my husband took his car through. The next day saw a scratch on his wheel and that's hard to hide when his rims are all black. Won't go back. read more
