First time I did a review I rated this place well they got 5 stars from me. But hey times are changing. So I get the monthly vip stuff. Everytime I come here and I think the arm will go up it does not. Now when I come Im not super busy but I aint got time for them to look me up in the system and blah blah blah. Why you charging my credit card but its always a big ol game of clue to let me in. I dont feel like vip Matter o fact I feel like I want out this club. The towels have spider webs on them. I'm just unhappy over all. The last 8 times they dont ever have air freshener for your car. No snacks. What makes this vip worthy. I got to vacuum out my own car. I issue them one star. My car was damaged after going through this car wash. There was a bucket laying down INSIDE the car wash, and I ran over it while going through. I have been going back and forth with the manager since July 1st, and they let me know today that they are not liable for the damages. Even though they had a hazard inside the bay, while cars are going through it. They are trying to blame me, and say I must have hit something on the road.... It's unbelievable. The owner has not contacted me once, I've only been able to talk to the manager. Who is not professional whatsoever. I have asked multiple times to speak to the owner and to have his information since July 1st, but the manager said he will not give us his information. I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

When my favorite local, full service car wash closed recently, I was looking for somewhere new. A friend who is a monthly member of Soapify highly recommended them. On my first visit, I was greeted by Mason, and when I shared that it was my first visit, he explained the different levels of car washes and inquired if I was interested in the monthly membership. If I only go twice, my membership has paid for itself and he told me you can cancel it at any time. That seems like a pretty good deal. When you have the membership, they have a camera that scans your license to allow you in. You drive through a tunnel with rainbow colored soaps and electronic lights. I felt like I was at a dance club. The wash seemed to really clean my car quite well. Upon exiting you can drive up to the free vacuum that also features glass cleaner and scented air fresheners. There are no paper towels or cloths at that spot, you have to pick up the towels upon entering the car wash. The grounds were very clean and the staff seemed to be busy cleaning up. read more

When do I wish there was a 10 star rating? Right now. I just love this place. I've been coming pretty much since day one. Driving with Uber, my car must, must, must stay clean. Soapify helps me do that, literally, almost every day. The staff is always friendly, and the facility is wonderfully maintained, including the vacuums. Went to Soapify car wash because it was close to my gym...I will be back. I normally go through automated car washes due to time and convenience. I have always said that they need one you go through backwards because the back of my vehicle always has the swipe marks. Have found my car wash!! They pre rinse the car, hit the front end and your windows with a brush, hit the back with a brush, and give you towels to use when you pull out to get the spots off the windows and finish getting the back side clean (I have a SUV). When you pull out they have vacuums to use, for free (part of the cost of the wash), and they have cleaning supplies there to help you go away with the best results of an automated wash. The girl who helped me get through the line was friendly and informative. I will be back to utilize their services and I encourage everyone else to. My car has never been so shiny!!! read more

This car wash is better than most, and well above average for sure. The phone scan didn't work both times I've gone. An attendant had to let me through the gate to get my wash. The first time I was in my SUV. The wash got my vehicle clean except the back was still dirty. I thought maybe it was the shape of the SUV. The next visit was in my car. The same thing happened. The trunk was not clean. If they can get this issue fixed I would visit more often. Lastly, this is not a touchless car wash, so when I was finished with the wash, my driver side mirror was turned in. They have a nice vacuum area and they offer a towel to dry your vehicle which is a nice feature. The attendants are also very friendly. read more

For some reason that cannot be explained good enough for me to understand. It's impossible to stand at any 4-way stop in SCC with your eyes closed, wearing gold colored yoga pants and a bloody ripped-up shirt..... with a knife in one hand and 2 cans of beer held together with a six-pack plastic wrap in the other hand, screaming obscenities about the politician you hate most.... Without someone who is working at a CAR WASH hears and sees you, then calls those smart ass cops on you resulting in a high speed chase that ends in a fiery crash and totals your electric bike. Seriously, we have too many car washes. Why? But, of all of the car washes around the area, this one is the best. It's never really too busy, but it's pretty fast and still cleans your car great even when it is busy. The staff is good, attentive, and friendly. Monthly Membership is worth it. The earth is flat. Excellent customer service. I went here due to my regular car wash being closed for remodeling. I was greeted promptly and the process was explained well. The pre treatment was done extremely thoroughly by two people. The car wash worked well and the options were much better than other car wash's. The towels were clean and given to me as I went through the payment kiosk. The self service are is well stocked with cleaning supplies and deodorant sprays The vacuum cleaners had two nozzles and worked well. They also cleaned my floor mats with power washer at the beginning of the tunnel. All and all I was satisfied with the process and enrolled in the 30$ monthly plan read more

Soapify is by far the best car wash I've been to in the area. I didn't have to wait as there was no line. The wash itself did a great job at getting my car clean with no leftover dirt or residue. The vacuums were great. There were two different vacuum heads to get into all the nooks and cranny's of your car. There was also complimentary carpet spray for your car to make it smell good as well as a machine that you could put your cloth mats in to clean them. I switch from Country Club full service and could not be happier. Plain and simple, my black audi suv looks really really good for days after a car wash. Anyone that owns a black cars knows what I mean. All of the accommodations with the micro fiber cloths, windshield spray, compressed air, and great vacuums. I save money every month on the membership, I don't tip because I take the 10 minutes to do it myself conveniently, and now what car always looks/feels great. read more

This is my go to car wash now, I've been 3 times and have been happy with each visit! Today my towels were pretty dry which made wiping down my windows easier than it has been in the past! I appreciate that they provide glass cleaner by the vacuums and like that there are 2 different nozzle vacuums. Overall my car ends up clean enough after each visit! Having an associate run your card for you is a nice touch and I appreciate that they spray/wipe down the front and rear ends before you enter the larger car wash! read more

You can barely drive anywhere in St. Charles County now without bumping into one of these new and huge car wash places. I'm not complaining. I love a clean car and this is a better deal than going to waterway and overpaying for them to vacuum your car. At Soapify the most inexpensive wash was $9 and they give you a damp towel if you want it when you pay for the wash. Everything was clean, shiny, and new. My only complaint was the attendant on duty approached me while I was at the kiosk paying and she was too close and not wearing a mask. If you're getting that close to people how do you know they are comfortable with your employees not wearing a mask? You don't! I asked her to please back up and she did. Poor customer service... we have been taking our 4 cars to get cleaned here for about the last two years. One car we get the monthly membership. The other 3 get regular cleanings. Most of the staff is pleasant enough, Not overly friendly but not rude. Just today we went through with one of our cars where we paid before the wash. As per usually one of the staff members came to the line and worked the machine and ran the card for our wash. At no point were we made aware the car wash was not fully functional. As we were going through multiple of the large cleaning brushes were not working. When we got finished i brought it to the attention of one of the male staff members that was wearing a hat. He said they were aware of the issue. And there was nothing they could do. I let him know they could warn people that are paying that it was not fully functional and give them the option to decide if they want to go through or not. He said it was too late now. He was rude during the interaction and did not care that people were paying full price and not getting a full wash. What should have happened is people should be made aware before going into the car wash. And those that were not made aware that said something should have gotten an apology and a discount for the next wash. This is poor business practice and needs to be known. This is not acceptable. read more

I don't usually give out 5 stars unless I am absolutely in love with the business, and in this case, I am absolutely in love! I have been going to SOAPIFY since it opened. The value for your money is wonderful, which I am always looking for. It is hard to find a great car wash with amenities for a fair price and I know they blow every one out of the water with their value. You not only get the wash you desire, you get a damp towel for wiping your car on the inside as well as glass cleaner, 2 scents of upholstery spray, a free vacuum with great suction and a spot to clean off your mats. I only used the car wash at Soapify and had a $10 off a $20 level wash. A very nice guy had to help me at the check-in and even he could not scan the coupon, so not sure what level wash I actually received, however I am not impressed with the wash I received. My truck was not as clean as other car wash companies have achieved, especially the black molding. The black molding from other companies came out noticeably clean and black, so not sure if I missed the step at Soapify or they just don't have the capability other car washes do. Since there is a car wash every other block and new ones going in between those, I will not likely use Soapify in the future. read more
