That is usually the option that I go with as it seems to do the best for the money. The automated cashier seems to be very reliable and is very quick with getting you on your way. The system is very friendly and walks you through the process nicely. Also, another great thing about this place is the free vacuum service that you get at the end of it! It may be tough to get your car vacuumed on the busy days as the spots fill up and some of the patrons love to spend an hour cleaning out their car....please be respectful of others that are waiting! This car wash only has one vacuum per station and the hose isn't even long enough to get both sides (unlike other car washes that have two per station, one on each side). I begin to vacuum and the orange attachment on the end continued to fall off. So I then moved over to the next vacuum and that vacuum wasn't even working at all so I had to keep using the vacuum that the attachment kept falling off. About 60 seconds into vacuuming, ALL of the vacuums turned off. I went to try to find a staff member and nobody was available. After about 7 minutes, a very rude employee (who said his name is "Dewan", white guy, young, overweight with curly dark hair) comes out and I told him the vacuums turned off. He said "Yeah because we are closed." I said "What?! I literally just got my car washed and now I can't vacuum." He said "I don't know what to tell you, we close at 7." I said "Your website says you close at 8". He replied "No, we close at 7." He was actually laughing as he spoke to me. I said "What is so funny about the fact that I just paid $20 to get a full car wash and I'm only getting half the service?" He literally said "Well you shouldn't have come when we're closed." I said "I didn't come when you're closed. You washed my car didn't you? And by the way you said NOTHING when you approached me at the entrance about being closed or closing in the next few minutes knowing very well I wasn't going to be able to vacuum. Furthermore, your website says you close at 8!" I then asked him for the name of the manager and he laughed and walked away.

When I emailed them asking for a refund for the month that hadnt begun yet, they informed me of this 7 day policy as the reason they refused refund.
