$25 for a mid range wash that doesn't even include a lazy, sad depressed teenager to spray off your car as you pull into the car wash - not a spray off at all. Good news is the machines seem to employ the lazy and sad attitude of those teenagers they're missing and kind of flop along next to your car with some light water spray occasionally. Now by the time you get to wax, it's full on, but don't worry the dryers are going to leave nice residue and spots behind. Visit this car wash on a half ass day when a half ass wash will do. Or maybe the vibe I'm missing and didn't pick up is that this is the car wash you go to so it doesn't look like you just washed your car... I went for a car wash and the attendant signed me up for 3 free months. The next month they charged my card $24.19. I called about it and was told I signed an agreement and they wouldn't refund my money. I wasn't aware they would take the liberty of charging my card without permission. I am traveling and would never have agreed to paying for their services for 3 months. Half of the vacuums were broken and the others didn't suck very well. Sorry Zips, never again. read more

37th and Rock in Wichita. Bought the most expensive wash. Pulled into the entry, the girl came out and guided me to the rail, then turned around and went back into the office. No pre-wash of any type. Half of the side scrubbers didnt' work in the wash. No undercarriage spray of any type. I have had three washes here and the service gets worse each time. No towels to wipe down at all and half of the vacuum heads were missing. Horribly run and maintained. Then I see a car with a window sticker that says "Down with America" next to the building. I will spend my American earned money elsewhere from now on. read more

I know people who have purchased a new car and just want to sign up for their car wash deals but I am more big on the do it yourself at home car wash. I have never had an issue with this place. When there are people around they are helpful. I was vacuuming out my car once, which is free, and one of the guys noticed something was stuck in the hose so he offered to fix it even though it was working, just not as quick as it usually does. I didn't even have to figure that out on my own, he offered, helped, and fixed it before I noticed. The place is always clean and well taken care of. I don't waste my time going to other locations, I will just run over here after work or on a Saturday afternoon when I am near it because it convenient and the customer service has always been really good. read more

Looking very trashy lately and the vacuums are never working. Considering cancelling my membership and moving to a competitor.

Went to go get a wash obviously paid the 10 and rep said they had a 10 a month club so I said heck ya why not tried to use 4 times in 2 months and the barcode reader they gave me has never worked. Got through 2 times because he used his and said go ahead last 2 time I pulled in no line behind me code reader still didn't work I had to pay since 4 people pulled in behind me and I hate holding up the lines. Tried to call today and no answer they know owe me 30 bucks back and besides that my brand new vehicle has never come out as clean as I would like it to. Definitely going to cancel the membership depending on what they say once I get ahold of them. I had the membership for 2 months and in that short amount of time. I noticed one broken down thing after another. My car would come out and still have suds on it. Other times it would still be noticeably dirty. I was less that impressed with this company. They do not keep up any of their locations. When going to use the vacuums there would always be a few out of commission. I was very dissatisfied with this comp and and terminated my membership last week. read more

Since thecar wash has been taken over by zips The new computer system makes the whole process much more aggravating than it should be. They offer a membership that let's you wash all you want in a month but how the computer system is set up you can't get out of the main screen without having or buying one it looks like, you have to put your card in(without it prompting you to) to get started. Other than that kind numbing part the wash is decent and free vacuums. read more

The worst customer service I've ever received in the 41 years I've been alive !!!! My scanner didn't work today that I pay for monthly so I was greeted at the gate by a guy who drove a white GMC truck Arkansas tag and told me 9 times his from corporate well he treated me like a criminal cuz my scanner didn't work long story short after 30 minutes of him trying to look me up he couldn't find me I showed him where I was debited in my bank app well then the kid working there found my account and the corporate guy says I'm keeping the scanner , even though I paid for it then he tells me fuck it I'm done with you in front of my kids and walked off with my scanner and said the kid that sold it to me should be terminated . read more

I never thought that I'd rate a car wash, but I've gone to several around town and most of them just spray your car with water jets for $7 or so. This place actually uses brushes that are effective at removing dirt, even from a car that hasn't been washed in a year! Also did pretty good at getting bug splats off too. This place had the undercarriage spray which is what I was wanting in order to get the winter road de-icing salts off the bottom of my car that corrodes cars faster than anything. Went to Zips 07/16/2015, entered the car wash and tried to purchase a $6.00 car wash. The selection buttons would not work. Finally got the selection buttons to work and selected a credit card. It could not read 3 credit cards. Tried to select back and select cash, would not go back. Finally got it to go to cash, would not take my cash. Tried the red attendant button and nothing happened. Had to make the line back up and move over to the other lane. No one inside noticed that the line was backing up and moving to lane 2. Repeated the process and same results for selecting credit card and cash. Again pressed the red attendant button and no attendant responded. Lines cleared and I back up and tried lane 1 one last time. Same results with pressing the selection options, same response with unable to read credit cards. Again tried cash and after several attempts, it took my cash. Again, no response by pressing the red attendant button. When I got to enter the car wash there were 2 guys standing chatting. I called them over to complain about the selection and red attendant button not working. The one attendant informed me that the red buttons have not worked since it was Legends Car Wash. Then the supervisor came out of his office and wanted to know what was going on. He advised me to go ahead through the car wash and he would meet me up front to discuss. After the car wash and several minutes waiting he did appear and I explained my problem. He did apologize for the employee for miscommunicating to me about the red attendant button. I told him I had no problem with him being honest. He wanted to know what he could do to rectify the problem. I told him to get the selection screen and red attendant button fixed so that customers could be dealt with properly. He did inform me that others had gone through with no problem. My response was that may be true, but I was not that lucky. Funny thing is that there were 3 employees working and no one was watching to see if the cars were going through or not. The supervisor had been in his office. Not sure what he was doing inside, must like being in the A/C. I told him that I was not looking for a free card wash, but would NOT be coming back to this location and would be driving from the North side of Wichita to the West side of Wichita where the car wash works great!!!!. I told him that I was going give a review on Yelp and to Zip. He did tell me that he had just moved here and that he would be happy to give me Zips info. He left for a few minutes and returned with a Zips question card that does have the email and 855 number. This car wash does leave water spots and with not being able to purchase a car wash there is no point in going. I will say, that the supervisor should not reprimand the employee for his honestly, but should work on resolving the problems. read more

This place does a reasonably good job with cleaning a car. I got the most basic wash for $6 and most of the grime from the winter was washed off, and the whole wash only took a couple minutes.
