I do pride myself on being a fairly calm driver actually was stopped on 163rd in North Miami and was told I was going 58MPH in a 45MPH Zone. I wanted to argue vehemently as I know I was not speeding and my point was exasperated even more when I was told it was from "PACING" she didn't actually have me on radar but was following me. IT WAS COMPLETE AND UTTER F****** B***SH**. At that point I was not going to win my argument and figured I'd send it to one of these companies to handle it. Recommended to me by a friend the "TICKET CRICKET" of Hallandale. Contacted them, faxed my ticket and copy of my Drivers License and provided a credit card for the $79.00 fee. I have no points, haven't had a ticket in over 30 years no driving issues whatsoever of any kind. I am the dream defendant for these people. 3 Months later I get a bill for fines for $454.00 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? When contacting the Ticket Cricket they gave me some bullshit response about the judge was being hard that day that the officer showed up to argue the case yada yada yada. I THINK I SIMPLY WAS FORGOTTEN or missed and this was the fine. I was angry beyond words and the only thing they company did was refund my $79.00 fee with an apology. I have had family members numerous with 3-4-5 Tickets all get handled by various companies for the fee only and your telling me with a perfect driving record a lousy speeding ticket with no radar and they are going to fine me $454.00 NO WAY ON EARTH THIS HAPPENED the way they claimed. Somewhere along the line a mistake was made, they forgot me, didn't attend a hearing of some sort, or simply blew this in some way shape or form. Bottom line there was no way around paying for the fine which I did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS!
