I placed an order by phone for a floral bouquet to be delivered to a residence in Brownsville - hopefully that afternoon. I described the kind of arrangement I had in mind, the price and gave the address and credit card to pay for it. In about an hour, I got a text from the recipient with a photo of the beautiful arrangement that had been delivered to her house. That was impressive! If you want something deliver on time. This is not the Flower Shop! I called a day in advance to have a spray delivered to funeral home. I tried calling the following day to see what had happened to spray and there was no one answered. I drove over to the flower shop and saw the standing spray just there. Owner stated it was suppose to be delivered by 4:00, it was bought to her attention it was 4:15. Long story short deliver guy did not pick up spray until 4:45 got to funeral home at 5:00. A funeral is certainly not a day to have to worry where the flowers are at. read more

I live in Houston and needed to send flowers to my ill grandmother in the hospital. I placed my order and several hours later I found out she had been discharged! I panic and called the florist to see if they still had them and if I could change the address, they kindly did and did not even charge me for delivery! She loved them!
