If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work.

I appreciated that, since usually people make me leave the stroller outside, which results in me having to get my daughter, my purse, and my other bags out and take them into the room with me because let's face it, some people steal. Many different sizes. Staff has always been pleasant. There are some cheap brands there, too...and you always need to inspect the clothing thoroughly, as I've found a few pieces with stains or issues. Shopping this store saves me money, helps me get brands I might not spend for typically, and also helps save the environment. I wish more people would sell and buy secondhand and stop buying fast fashion. You can get some great pieces that are MUCH higher quality, for around the price of fast fashion, which will wear out in a season or two. (No clue about the perspective of using this shop as a seller.)

Chavis was the only one who had the Speed Queen washer/dryers we needed, and Tom knew that, and was super friendly and accommodating. He warned me that I would have to order them as soon as possible once in Alabama, because, like everything, it would be delayed due to supply chain problems. It only took a month to order them and get them here, but by the 4th week we were swimming in dirty laundry. I sent Tom an email and told him this, and he squeezed me in for a faster delivery and installation. Not only was Tom professional and incredibly helpful, talking to me before I'd even shown up here in Alabama, but he was super helpful even after the sale, helping my wife pick out the right appliances for future purchases. All of this was sight unseen. I've never met Tom in person, and we've not even been to the store yet. Tom did all of this through a very lengthy, very friendly email exchange. I'm so thankful for Tom, because in a place where it's hard to even get a plumber or HVAC tech to come out, Tom hooked us up with some very hard-to-find appliances surprisingly quickly. He was also very funny, and very personable, cracking jokes and making a very tough move easier before we'd even gotten here. I just can't thank Tom and Chavis enough. That made me happy, and I think it made her happy too because she did the body-wag when I talked to her.
