I have been going elsewhere for my scrubs not realizing that Zoghby's offers Healing Hands scrubs. I am so glad that a friend recommended informed me that they have them. Melanie was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in the door, she was very attentive, listened to my needs, likes/dislikes on fit, made excellent recommendations on other styles and other brands to try even though I was hesitant about the cut. I am thankful for her keen eye of a client's shape and what she felt would work without hesitation. Melanie has made a forever client of me @ Zoghby's. absolutely sucks. not the first time I was disappointed. she wouldn't take my scrubs back bc there was a dog hair and a speck of something from "just laying around" bc they never fit me and she insisted on me not leaving out the store until I bought something bc she was acting aggravated I wasted her time if I wasn't going to buy anything so she shoved them down my throat practically and then wouldn't let me return them. this place needs better customer service. read more

Management will "retaliate" after employees take time off. Management will stalk you on social media. Management has taken to intimidation and or manipulation to have employees take on additional responsibilities (like key holder). NO opportunity to promote. Will NOT give a raise unless endlessly pestered into it and will belittle and guilt employees during negotiations for said raise. If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work.

I appreciated that, since usually people make me leave the stroller outside, which results in me having to get my daughter, my purse, and my other bags out and take them into the room with me because let's face it, some people steal. The associate informed me that everything was boy one, get one half off, so I grabbed another pair real quick while he played with my daughter and talked about the PEZ candy dispensers there on the counter. Many different sizes. Staff has always been pleasant. There are some cheap brands there, too...and you always need to inspect the clothing thoroughly, as I've found a few pieces with stains or issues. Shopping this store saves me money, helps me get brands I might not spend for typically, and also helps save the environment. I wish more people would sell and buy secondhand and stop buying fast fashion. You can get some great pieces that are MUCH higher quality, for around the price of fast fashion, which will wear out in a season or two. Chavis was the only one who had the Speed Queen washer/dryers we needed, and Tom knew that, and was super friendly and accommodating. He warned me that I would have to order them as soon as possible once in Alabama, because, like everything, it would be delayed due to supply chain problems. It only took a month to order them and get them here, but by the 4th week we were swimming in dirty laundry. I sent Tom an email and told him this, and he squeezed me in for a faster delivery and installation. Not only was Tom professional and incredibly helpful, talking to me before I'd even shown up here in Alabama, but he was super helpful even after the sale, helping my wife pick out the right appliances for future purchases. All of this was sight unseen. I've never met Tom in person, and we've not even been to the store yet. Tom did all of this through a very lengthy, very friendly email exchange. I'm so thankful for Tom, because in a place where it's hard to even get a plumber or HVAC tech to come out, Tom hooked us up with some very hard-to-find appliances surprisingly quickly. He was also very funny, and very personable, cracking jokes and making a very tough move easier before we'd even gotten here. I just can't thank Tom and Chavis enough. You have a life-long customer in me.

I highly recommend this store! Melanie is wonderful,she acknowledges you when you walk in and has excellent customer service skills. I was looking for petite scrubs. She shows you what she has and ask what you like then sets you up in the dressing room and will continuously bring you item to try on.
