Management has taken to intimidation and or manipulation to have employees take on additional responsibilities (like key holder). NO opportunity to promote. Will NOT give a raise unless endlessly pestered into it and will belittle and guilt employees during negotiations for said raise. If management is upset with someone's "performance" they will cut their hours without any written or spoken notice and no communication on how or when they can be restored to full time. If you are a part time hire they will increase your hours without discussion or permission. Management has yelled at employee in front of customers. Management dislikes covering shifts even if employees have extenuating circumstances (including ailment/injury of self or family), instead they will attempt to guilt them into either staying at or coming into work.

They close today at 5pm and I literally walked in 23mins before closing because my son's chapel shirts that we purchased for the school year fits him but the neck is a little uncomfortable (this he tells me the day before chapel) so I run out here to get at least one shirt for tomorrow. I get here and they are the same welcoming and helpful as always but no shirts in the size we need with the school's required logo on it I should've asked her name but I didn't (I will next time) but the sweetest most helpful young lady ever took one of the plain Oxford shirts to the back and had it monogrammed on the spot; a service that usually take at least 5 business days!! No extra charge, no bad attitude for the inconvenience so close to closing time, just a genuinely nice person amongst a group of nice people, providing outstanding customer service for a customer in need.

I went on to the room to try them on, and he put us in the big handicap room since we had the stroller. I appreciated that, since usually people make me leave the stroller outside, which results in me having to get my daughter, my purse, and my other bags out and take them into the room with me because let's face it, some people steal. After trying on the pants, I decided on the ones I wanted and headed to the checkout counter. The associate informed me that everything was boy one, get one half off, so I grabbed another pair real quick while he played with my daughter and talked about the PEZ candy dispensers there on the counter. I wish more people would sell and buy secondhand and stop buying fast fashion. You can get some great pieces that are MUCH higher quality, for around the price of fast fashion, which will wear out in a season or two. Chavis was the only one who had the Speed Queen washer/dryers we needed, and Tom knew that, and was super friendly and accommodating. He warned me that I would have to order them as soon as possible once in Alabama, because, like everything, it would be delayed due to supply chain problems. It only took a month to order them and get them here, but by the 4th week we were swimming in dirty laundry. I sent Tom an email and told him this, and he squeezed me in for a faster delivery and installation. Not only was Tom professional and incredibly helpful, talking to me before I'd even shown up here in Alabama, but he was super helpful even after the sale, helping my wife pick out the right appliances for future purchases. All of this was sight unseen. I've never met Tom in person, and we've not even been to the store yet. Tom did all of this through a very lengthy, very friendly email exchange. I'm so thankful for Tom, because in a place where it's hard to even get a plumber or HVAC tech to come out, Tom hooked us up with some very hard-to-find appliances surprisingly quickly. He was also very funny, and very personable, cracking jokes and making a very tough move easier before we'd even gotten here. I just can't thank Tom and Chavis enough. You have a life-long customer in me.

I highly recommend this store! Melanie is wonderful,she acknowledges you when you walk in and has excellent customer service skills. I was looking for petite scrubs. She shows you what she has and ask what you like then sets you up in the dressing room and will continuously bring you item to try on. I was definitely satisfied with customer service and with my scrubs. I will be going back! read more
