This place is super kleen with very knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very comfortable energy without pretentiousness, lots of big windows with natural light, and set back from the street/sidewalk with a small front yard so your not on display to passers by on the sidewalk. I was a client at Zone 4 since I was 11 or 12 years old, and continued to be a loyal customer until I was in my 20's. After booking an appointment, I had to call to cancel due to a family emergency and was very rudely told that I was not welcome back. I was banned from ever making further appointments with Zone 4, and was not offered any explanation even though I had cancelled over a day in advance prior to my appointment time. Very discouraging that a small local business would so readily expel a customer of over 10 years. read more

Had an appointment booked and needed to reschedule due to a family emergency. I called two days prior to my appointment to apologize and try to reschedule my appointment. I was flatly told "No. We can't do that." and was then told I was not welcome back ever. Having been a loyal customer for over 10 years, I felt so hurt and disrespected to not only be told I couldn't reschedule, but that I had been BANNED. This small town business acts like a large city hotspot that doesn't care about its clients. I would highly recommend checking out another salon in Williams Lake for better service, friendlier staff, and excellent results. read more
