I noticed that Kevin Phillips Roofing responds quickly on Yelp, and had great reviews. Sure enough, after contacting him, he messaged me in about five minutes. He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. He is a nice guy, very professional, timely in his response and does not cost you an arm and a leg. I would hire him again in the future!

A few important things to note: 1: Kevin got back to me within hours from my initial request. 2: He followed up with me in the timeframe he said he would. 3: He showed up on the agreed upon day and completed the job without any issues. These things might seem trivial but when dealing with any kind of contractor today, these are rare traits. I will definitely call Kevin for any future roofing jobs.
