He came out the next day, and replaced all of the gaskets around the roofing vents. He showed me a before and after picture of the gaskets. He surmised that a squirrel could have chewed into the gasket, trying to get into our house. I think that he is right, because other neighbors have squirrels in their attic. Even after we called and asked them to bring out one of their large magnets brooms that all roofing and contractors have Nope, no show. I personally picked up 10 nails the day after installing the gutters The next day my husband picked up another dozen. We got the gutters put on the first week of March and today (4/1/26) my hubby pulled his truck into a different section of the drive and lo and behold he went out to get milk just now and has a flat tire. The screw is an exact match to the ones in our gutters! So they do a great job installing but they are lax on the clean up. Just be careful before giving final payment. Because that is too too many nails / screws to accidentally miss.
