Had an appointment for my 10 year old collie mix this morning for de-shedding and to remove some matting under her ears. They did a great job and were very professional and gentle with her. I will definitely use them again.

The best place you can take your dog to. Great service. My dog actually looks forward to going there because when we pull in the driveway she tries to go through the window. Then she'll run right up to one of their vans. 5+ rating from me.

Always professional, always friendly and so convenient! I can't explain how easy it has become to get my dogs groomed. I use to have to make an appointment that was so many weeks ahead then cart them myself to the groomers early in the morning a trip there and a trip home then pick them up in the afternoon a trip there and a trip home. Now the groomer comes to me and they are done in an hour and I'm on with my day. They listen and do the cut the way you want it not how they want it. Dog looks amazing and smells amazing afterwards and they love the girls at zoom and groom! Thanks for doing such a fantastic job each time! read more

The incompetent groomer working at Zoom & Groom 'butchered' the classic cut for my Mini Schnauzer. I just relocated from Portland, OR to Eau Claire, WI My 10 yr old mini Schnauzer needed a new groomer-and 'Zoom & Groom' was recomended The groomer that showed up (obviously had never heard of the 'classic Schnauzer' cut)--and completely butchered has beard cut. Then this groomer told me that my dog was TOO AGGRESSIVE and Zoom & Groom did not want my business. I was charged $69.00 + $20 tip.= $89.00 total I found a new groomer. She had no problem with my dogs unhappiness with brushing I was charged $50 + $25 tip=$75.00 total It will take several months for my dogs beard to 'grow out' to normal. Please, if you hire a dog groomer--ask if the groomer has ever groomed your bread, and ask if they know the 'classic cut' for your breed. I've requested a refund of my Zoom & Groom charges--we will see if they admit their groomers incompetence. I hope you never need to experience a 'bad' groomer for your 'show' dog and companion Dennis UPDATE The management of Xoom & Groom has responded to my post. They have FIRED the incompetent groomer They have refunded my Cr Cd charge Zoom & Groom needs a second chance--just be sure that the groomer assigned to your dog knows how to do the classic cut for the breed read more

It was an awesome experience it was very easy to book and the groomer came to the door explained how it was going to work and then she walked me to the truck and I was able to see the truck she brought my dog back to the front door and explained how everything went I was really impressed great job! read more

Our dog is terrified of getting groomed, but she needs it badly! Having a groomer come to our home versus bringing her to another location had significantly helped with her anxiety. And we love our groomer! Our dog looks fabulous every single time. read more

Melissa just groomed our 8-month-old Springer/Poodle puppy and she did great! This was his first professional grooming. It took her about 1.5 hrs and she gave him a bath, trimmed his nails, cleaned his ears, expressed his analysis glands, blow dried him, and made him look so snazzy! Highly recommend! This was our first time using Zoom & Groom but we definitely will again. Very professional and easy to schedule! Plus they have evening and weekend hours! read more

I found out about Zoom and Groom almost a year ago. I have been so pleased with the knowledgeable staff. My Riley is a sheltie with a ton of hair, but he always looks refresh and happy after his grooming.
