The tan was horrible to say the least. My face was half sprayed with a line directly down the center, and my forehead had a line before my hairline. Additionally, my hand looked like it was spray painted as it was covered in spots. My entire body was covered in streaks and the horribly done spray was very difficult to remove. The entire place was beyond disorganized to top it off. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I will certainly never be returning. Not worth the money, time, and effort as it is best to be showered off immediately when you get home.

The girl at the desk (very nice) called her manager and asked if she could reverse the charge. They told the worker that the charge would be reversed within 3 days. Then, I went to get spray tanned and you are supposed to have 4 passes, but the machine kept shutting down between "passes." I had to get undressed and dressed at least 5 times. The girl who was initially helping me was very kind. Then, Nadia came in and told me to "go to another salon" because "it wasn't her fault the machines don't work." Finally, while they did offer me some free product, the manager eventually called me (almost 3 hours after she said she would), and told me instead of refunding me they were going to offer me a 3 month package. I said I just wanted a refund and she told me "well that's not gonna happen." She then started asking me if I had ever managed people before, and I asked what does that have to do with anything? I repeatedly said all I want is a refund and she eventually said "well that's not gonna happen" and hung up the phone.

I used to go here and my tan always came out awesome. I…read morejoined in February for a little boost and they had a special running. I only spray tan since I've had melanoma and can't do real rays. I showered and exfoliated each of the three times I went and each time my tan was inconsistent and blotchy. The first two I did level 2 clear and the last I did level two bronze. The last one had my face so dark and my skin so less tan and blotchy I had to go home and shower it off. It's always clean. The staff is young and helpful and it is getting a little run down now. I wish it were better because I'd love to go back and I was sure to follow protocol for prep and have been spray tanning a long time so I don't think I did anything wrong. Boo hoo. This St. Croix location has only one booth for spray tanning. There was one attendant on duty. After she gave me a quick run through, she brought me to the room and said that when I was ready all I need do is push the flashing green light. After stripping down and getting into the booth, I pushed the flashing green light - nothing happened. Tried a few more times, again nothing. I noticed a call button on the wall. I tried this several times and got no response. I saw a robe(wrap-around with no tie) and put this on and went out to find the attendant. When told my problem she said that her equipment showed that it went on. She said that she would reset it, but if it did not work, "I don't know what to tell you". I asked her about the call button and she said "truthfully it doesn't work". I went back and the booth worked to some extent. It went through the first "pass through" and then instructed me to push the flashing green button for the second pass through. Again, nothing. Frustrated, I now got dressed and sought out the attendant. She said, "oh,that's just moisturizer, you got the tan". I said that wasn't satisfactory and how did I know what I got. She tried the machine a few times and said, "you're right. It doesn't seem to work". After fiddling with it for a while, she got it to work. She then said -"it looks like you have to cover the whole button with your hand". Now, how would anyone know this when the instructions said "Push lightly - once." When I said I did not want to get all undressed again, the attendant shrugged her shoulders and said "Sorry about that". From my one experience with this establishment, I am led to believe that the equipment is not maintained and the staff is ill equipped to handle corrections or customer relations. Don't go there.

It was also my first spray tan so I had a lot of questions, all of which were answered quickly and informatively. It was an incredibly quick process as well. From her arriving at my house to filling out paperwork, to applying the tan, to paying, the whole process took only 45 minutes or so. This was my first spray tan so I don't have a ton to compare it to in terms of quality of the tan, but I thought it looked great!
