Felt uncomfortable the whole time and rushed. In general this guy was making negative comments since I took my shirt off because I was uncomfortable showing myself in front of my guy friend. There wasn't any privacy. Didn't like how he kept making negative comments about me because I told him I wouldn't feel comfortable for him to cover up my boob nipples. I told him I rather go in the bathroom and do it myself. He didn't care, wasn't budging. When he put them on me, I didn't CONSENT to it. He kept telling me that to see him as a "doctor." When obviously you aren't, you're a tattoo artist. Just didn't like the vibes he gave off and made excuses to push others to doing something they don't want to do. I was like 19 during the time I got a sternum tattoo by him. It was my first tattoo. It was like 2017 of September. Now that I'm much older and talked to my other tattoo artist about this experience. I realized I was in the right to decline. This whole time he made me feel stupid. I'm not sure if there was any other women who went through this. I went in for the ghost special, which also was a tattoo in remembrance for my cat that I had to put down last week that I had for 20 years. I've seen Zoombies work on my cousins and I knew I could trust him with such an important piece. I took in my Grandmas signature and wanted it on my collar bone area. Well a little under it. It's such a small piece but it's a very important piece to me. He did AMAZING! It looks exactly like the signature I took in. I'm so happy with the work he did and the care he put into it. I have small pieces and the artists complained about doing them at other places so I was so hesitant getting this piece because i was worried it was gonna be just another small piece to an artist and I wasn't going to find someone who wanted to do it and put care into it. I was recommended to Zoombie by a friend of mine who had work done from him in the past and it just looked amazing! The tattoo he worked for me took two session and about 7 to 8 hours in total time, end result I am so happy with. My first meeting with him we sat down went over what I was looking to get out of the experience, see if he is right for my work and then he gave me a breakdown of how he makes his designs. Then I came in for my first session we worked on my design for about an hour and half, then we got to work tattooing it on me, and now I'm at the end of my second session with a completed tattoo. I couldn't be more happy with his work, the man is an artist, he sets the standard for what you should expect from an artist. It was a pleasure to work with him, I've already recommend him to others, my next work will be done by him. I happened to be at Tioga-Sequoia in Downtown Fresno late one afternoon and saw a cool ad for this tattoo studio hanging on the bulletin board. Since I already had an idea for a tattoo in mind, I thought I'd stop in to check the place out and get a free estimate. In all honesty, I thought the idea I had would be too difficult, time consuming or expensive for what I wanted to do at the moment. Roeski immediately helped me out and, after getting ideas and advice from Zoombie himself, I was immediately put at ease and happy with the estimate. Roeski did the tattoo himself and damn, this guy is an artist. There are a lot of tiny, fine lines and points in the tattoo I wanted and he sized it, placed it and did it beyond my expectations. While waiting for me, my girlfriend decided to get her first finger tattoo when Zoombie was available and she couldn't be happier. When it came time to pay the bill, BOTH tattoos cost what I expected to pay for just mine. Roeski and Zoombie are friendly, highly qualified and pay attention to the smallest details. This place is absolutely the best tattoo shop I've been too in Fresno. And I've searched almost all over. The guys here are funny and super nice. Easy to talk to and have conversation. I did some research and shopped around and talked to people but found Zoombie on my own. Zoombie invited me to go ahead and do more research and shop around and talk to more people and compare them to him. Which I did. And Zoombie was right, I eventually went with him and I'm glad I did. I knew what tattoo I wanted but wasn't so sure about the fine details to make it tailored just for me. He cared enough to spend the time to help me fine tune what I wanted. He patiently showed me different things and assured me that what I liked was EXACTLY what he could do for me - and he delivered! It's a great place to get a tattoo! Zoombie is easy to work with and cared enough to get my tattoo exactly the way I wanted it. No pressure or impatience, he was totally immersed in working with me, not other people walking in or calling (make an appointment!) He also wasn't afraid to help me figure it all out. Got tattooed about 3 months ago and I'm so impressed with his work. I left a $40 deposit when I made the appointment and paid the rest when I got the tattoo. He does amazing watercolor work. Didn't notice he forgot to fill in a tiny little line, so I went back about about 4 weeks later and he fixed it free of charge. He's an amazing artist aside from tattooing and throws partied in his studio to get to know his customers. Absolutely recommend Zoombie!! read more
