So this was a 1st. 1st time here, but also my 1at time with a Male reflexologist. I never thought to ask, but it appears that all of their reflexologist (at least when I went) were Male. It wasn't bad, I got over that fact quickly. It's in a strip mall, so plenty of free parking is all around. An amazing job was done, a lot of attention to detail, the usual pain, but in a good way & where it mattered. My Guy had an innocent friendly quality to him, so that helped, I guess. This was an assault not a massage. I felt the full force of generational frustration that was let out on my back and shoulders. Majority of the time I was contemplating life decisions. What did I do to this lady why does she want to hurt me do i owe her money. Why is this happening to me. Shawn and Hannah attended us during a couples massage. We took advantage of the 50 min. Massage with CBD oil. They pay lots of attention to the upper back. Hannah works the shoulders and neck, and legs on one person, while Shawn works the back and hips on the other. Put them both together and you'd have a fantastic body massage. Neither of them turn you over and do the front. My legs felt lonely. It was a nice experience, but go knowing what to expect, and you won't lay there wondering. Pressure, oil and final 2 hot stones, were a nice finale. They open a hole in the table so you feel masked, and away to breathe freely. Shawn had a little cough and I was creeperd for a minute and now doing the 14 day watch. But they both wore a mask, along with all staff which was comforting. The towel that they give guests to wipe their backs and bodies is the same as the towel that wipes their feet. And the towel is washed by hand with a foot basin without adding any washing supplies. I've been here twice and have had the foot treatment and full body massage. I have skin allergies and they let me read the ingredients of their products to make sure they were safe. I also have back issues and can't have a lot of pressure on my lower back, they were very accommodating. I felt very sore but also wonderful after the massage. read more

massage therapist had a very heavy hand after I've specified I required soft. I asked him quite a few times to lighten up the pressure and was told "no pain no gain" I'm very knowledgeable on massage therapy and there were a lot of things I know should not ever be done in a massage. bone to bone is NEVER an ideal manipulation technique as it can be extremely painful and could cause damage. his elbow should not be rolling and pressing on my spine. by the time the back massage part was done I was relieved. leg and foot massage was very good though, i have no complaints with that part of the massage. my only advice would be please LISTEN to the clients needs and preferences..some people have conditions like fibromyalgia and cannot handle a heavy form massage. my back is extremely sore to the touch. read more

PLEASE read for a full honest experience, especially if you are sensitive to hard pressure, and close area touch. Purchased a Groupon for 50 min couples massage for "custom body & foot massage, aloe vera lotion and hot stone treatment." I went with my best friend and they asked us if we'd like private rooms, which was nice (despite the couples massage purchase.) I was shown a room, given a towel, and thats it. Being confused, I opened the door and asked if there's a robe, if I take everything off or what. They said yea everything and put towel over. Not even a sheet like other facilities. So I strip down, lie down and have a towel over me. First off, this was far from custom, as specified in the title. My massage therapist not only did not greet himself, he did not ask of any areas concerning me, the pressure I prefer, any diagnoses I have, etc. So I do not know his name nor did I even receive a hello. He came right in and began a dry massage on my back over the towel, which wasn't very comfortable. Then he lifted the towel and worked on my lower legs, still dry, no lotion or oil. Overall, this massage was the deepest MOST painful massage I have EVER experienced. I was soo close to asking him to stop numerous times but I thought oh maybe I have multiple areas that need fixing. He was using so much pressure with his elbow around my scapula, glutes, whole spine and iliac crest - which hurt, a lot. He went VERY far up my thigh, he literally was a hair from my private area, I'm not even exaggerating. If you are sensitive to this extreme close touch - please beware. The foot massage at the end, along with the hot stone treatment, was very enjoyable. It was certainly the best part. My feet do feel amazing. Lastly, he massaged my head and face, including in my hair, using his nails to scratch, but did so following the foot massage with lotion. He was also near my face unmasked. This therapist did not once wash nor sanitize his hands in front of me, despite a sink right in the room. He left the room several times to go grab towels, lotion and the stones meanwhile leaving the door wide open, which he also did the entire time he did the foot treatment. The lotion use was extremely sparse, with the most mild scent ever. He must've used it like 3 times and that's about it. Hours later, I am now extremely sore, as if I have a huge bruise on my back. Now I've been sore after massages before, but not like this. My entire back, glutes & legs feel beat up. My best friends friend, whom is a massage therapist, informed us that they should never use bone on bone (it can be very dangerous), a towel to drape, nor should you be in extreme pain during a massage. I understand if their treatment is different due to cultural reasons/study, but a client should always be asked preferences. My best friend asked her therapist to please lighten up on the pressure, and he responded "No pain, no gain", and proceeded to use the same pressure. My advice for this business is to PLEASE ask a client's preferences, listen to their needs, and respect going close to someone's private area. read more
