We drove 45 minutes to the location and the woman - in very broken English - told us that she did not have appointment. I booked the appointment a week before our service. Explaining this to her, she laughed and again in broken English attempted to explain to me that the "lady forget" because the appointment was made a week ago. She did nothing to accommodate the tremendous inconvenience and unprofessionalism. she just kept smiling and said "come back soon" save your money! the establishment itself was not worth the pricing of the treatment.
