As homeowners we expect honesty and transparency when accidents occur, especially during our home project. After discovering this issue, we attempted to communicate with the company to address the situation. Unfortunately, dealing with the management--specifically the vice president--only made matters worse. Communication was awful, we were given conflicting information, and she continued to lie and simply ignore the situation. Home improvement projects require trust, professionalism and accountability.
