The miso soup was quite small, only about 350 ml-500 ml...but I think the taste is very tangy! So I hope they can make it bigger. Even if it costs more money, I can get it! Overall, my tab comes to about 200 kronas for 2 orders of sushi(Cali roll & Eel Roll) and miso soup.

I have recently gotten into making my own ramen so I'm particular when it comes to buying it out. I got the Char Sui and the pork belly was so buttery and soft. The egg was delicious but a little too soft, it melted into the soup. Not my favorite, I prefer it firmer but I'll forgive them since everything else was great. The broth was intricately flavored, the perfect temp and the veggies were just soft enough. The noodles were to die for- perfectly chewy. The older gentleman who runs the place is a delight. Note - the marinated egg costs 15 kr extra. Just something to figure in. Even with the egg, my bowl cost 140 kr: a steal compared to some other places who's ramen isn't nearly as good. Extra note - they even have gluten-free noodles! So now even celiacs can enjoy ramen out. I haven't tried them though, will report back after I bring my celiac boyfriend here.
