Jedoch merkt man auch, dass frischer Wind durch die neu eröffnete TA OS weinbar by Lausterer strömt. Das Personal ist das alte, die Tradtionsgerichte bleiben und auch der Wein und das Bier der Familienbrauerei Dinkelacker werden in der Zukunft wieder auf dem langen alten Baumstamm oder den kleinen Tischen und Nischen nicht fehlen.
