I really loved the soups and all the different sauces in the dishes. The really nice waitress told us that the chef, Enrico Dunkel, changes the menu completely more than once a week based on local and seasonable ingredients of course. Each dish was very complicated, and she would spend over a minute explaining each one. The menu is offered as 4 courses (73 euro), 5 courses (86 euro), and 6 courses (97 euro). When we went, there was one main dish option with 4 appetizers and 2 desserts as options. Thus, we were able to try everything on the menu with the 4-course menu, and we had the wine pairings for about 20 euro. The meal took over 3 hours! This was quite a surprise so plan accordingly. A reservation is definitely needed.

However the wait time for that said burger was a bit too long especially when it wasn't that packed. I know most burger places will cook to order, but I was expecting my burger to at least come out medium well and not fully well done, so maybe that was an oversight on my part not to ask if I can have my burger medium. I customized the cheddar and bacon burger with avocados and jalapeños; added to my order, I got?french fries with cheese and jalapeño. The cheese is more like a nacho cheese that you get on at a movie theater but it went together well. As a side note, I recommend you tried the fries with mustard. This place is a definite place to visit if you're in the area. I only gave it three starts due to long wait times and the lack of choices to fully customize a burger.

The meal was served with a side of spicy relish which I was told was for the salad and the meat and it went well with both. When I asked I was told it is a Hungarian traditional sauce.
