From the owner: Das Herrenhaus wurde 1817, zusammen mit dem damals 770 ha…read moregroßen Gut Redewisch, von einem Vorfahren des jetzigen Besitzers gekauft und bis 1945 familiär als Gutshaus genutzt. Nach der Enteignung diente es zuerst als Flüchtlingsheim, dann während der DDR Zeit als Jugend- und Freizeitheim. Es folgten 10 Jahre in denen das Haus leer stand, 1999 konnte der Urenkel des letzten noch auf Redewisch lebenden Besitzers es zurückkaufen. Innerhalb von 1,5 Jahren wurde das Haus umgebaut und strahlt jetzt als Hotel und Restaurant in neuem Glanz.
