Whether it was the potato soup or the "Schnitzel with Spargel" (Schnitzel with Asparagus), it was all great food. I have to highlight my two favorites of that dinner. We weren't sure what to expect from the "Vorspeisevariationen" platter but we were blown away by the look and taste of this menu item. BRILLANT! And just when you thought it could not be any better, we received the Rumpsteak. Mine was cooked to perfection with delicious sauteed onions and herbal butter on top. We ordered the schnitzel (absolutely delightful - still thinking about it months later!) and yummy sausages and a side of spaetzle. Drank a few very thirst quenching German beers.
