It is actually affiliated with the school next door, the food academy, and thus serves as a training hotel, too.
The hotel itself is a modern structure, and exudes a hospital flair with its clean surfaces, iron mesh 90's-style chairs in the entrance hall, and at the same time feels like a youth hostel.
As one can gather by now: there was not much of an atmosphere.
Rooms are apparently themed. Ours was the Coca-Cola room, with the brand logo on doors, mirrors etc. The room itself was large, with a small entrance hall with sideboard and cupboard, bathroom with shower, and a bedroom with a seating corner, a desk, wall-mounted TV and bed, and another cupboard. The furniture felt like cheap IKEA.
I would not call the interior thought through or appealing to the eye, but functional at best.
Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have breakfast thus I can't comment on that.
Not my cup of tea, but surely useful for a business stay.
