The first three lessons were great with our instructor RoseAngel. With RoseAngel we had planned the fourth lesson to be mini-choreography for a song we were bringing. When we arrived for our fourth prepaid private lesson, Samantha stopped us at the door. She said they were going to switch it up today with a couple's workshop so that we can dance with other partners. When we said we were not interested, she said we will be charged anyway since they cannot guarantee private lessons, and they can only guarantee the time of the lesson. The whole point of this experience was to spend quality time with my wife. Instead without any notice in advance we were forced into an ultimatum to dance with others or lose our payment.

The facility is always clean and well-maintained, including the bathrooms and saunas. I also really appreciate the Hotworx app, which tracks workouts and calories burned. Each quarter, members can earn rewards based on their progress; for example, after burning 10,000 calories in Q4 of 2025, I received a complimentary t-shirt, which was a great and motivating perk. By combining consistent workouts at Hotworx with a low-carb diet, I've lost 15 pounds since October 2025. I tend to lean more introverted so the fact the only 3 people can even be in a sauna together is great! The classes I took was only me. There were a few other people in the facility, but everyone had their own sauna. I like the benefits of the infared sauna. The way I was sweating during the classes I took (cycling, rowing, pilates, barre) was insane but also impressive. The classes are taught via instructional videos and are timed. I also like that there is a small workout area with a bunch of equipment in the back to add a little extra to your workout if you wish. I loved the battle ropes and kettle bells so I did hang back and spend some quality time there. The facility isnt huge, but thats a plus. In each session I somehow have managed to never be in there with anyone else so again despite the size it was ever super crowded and you can go after hours so its great for people with uncommon schedules or night owls/early birds. They offer your first session free if you're curious about the class styles and want to sample before you commit.

I booked and paid for the class online before attending the studio to secure my spot. This made it easier for me to come a little closer to class start time. When I got there I just gave the front desk my name and they found me in their roster. Showed up in athletic type attire and sneakers and learned a few new dance routines. Came out of this class happy, motivated, more limber, and feeling accomplished for learning some new moves. Did I say happy? Yes, just felt good all over from working hard, having fun, and getting my heart rate up. Parking is a little crowded here, but worth it for a workout or to learn some new moves.
