The report did not have critical, structural and expensive repairs. I was told the ceiling needed a bit of insulation...there was none over half of the house. Told the joists were sistered well and still structurally sound...they are literally rotten and the 'sisters' are just nailed without supporting anything. The fact that there is only flooring under half the toilet was missed. Sill plate that is wet 98% of time and rotting, missed. Severe drainage issue, missed. Windows improperly installed, missed. Sinking foundation, missed. Unsafe and dangerous window in bathroom, missed. And when I questioned the report? Took multiple calls and emails to even get a response. Response was I did my job, read report. I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Look anywhere else but here​
