The girls who were working there were so nice. The manager, Brittany, was the best and very knowledgeable. They only had 1 convertible car seat (the Nuna Rava) but they had it available in all 3 color options. I bought it in Frost. [Note: I called Bed Bath and Beyond and they didn't have a single convertible car seat available in store! Target had a terrible selection.] I could have looked around the store for hours and bought half their stock for infant boys, but I exercised self restraint and focused on the task at hand. I will for sure end up buying stuff off their website because they carry the cutest, high quality merchandise! I really wish there was a store like this in LA.

Two of the items didn't work, I did go out and look for the skirt in hopes they had it and even talked to a clerk who tells me they don't have it. Find something else instead and a skirt on the clearance rack. Sale says buy one get two free, so we search hard for two more items. Two tops. Get up to the register and find out that the two tops aren't included in the buy one sale, "better sale with the blanket $12.99 sale". How so, free is a better deal. so, no thanks we don't want them. See my return today and I was returned the price after all the discounts. makes sense, however, why could we not get the discounts/coupons for what we got instead. The clerk tells me today that if we had exchanged for a different price we would have. Nobody told us that!!!! And apparently even though her birthday is still this month you only get that discount on one purchase. Ignoring that we did an two part exchange. See they couldn't do the return/exchange with the items we got instead. So I lost my Torrid bucks we'd used online and the birthday discount. Poor pool there Torrid.

You can find tons of cute dresses and tops in here. The staff is usually okay. They haven't ever went above and beyond, or delivered excellent service but I guess it hasn't been terrible either. The thing that will forever stick out to me is the prices of the items in this store...it absolutely blows me away to see what they think people will pay for some of the items. I've bought quite a few things here but I have seen things for hundreds and hundreds that aren't even really that nice or "designer"... My most recent visit here, I was trying to get a fitting room but one of the staff members was helping someone else and didn't even respond when I went up to her asking for a fitting room. The other lady was patrolling the clothes they had outside their store. I just ended up not getting the item since I was having no luck getting a room. I'm a fairly average street size 14- around Bridal 20 and found this shop less options that were size inclusive. Especially for Billings MT- which caters to a variety of sizes of Brides. I understand that bridal offers different sizes, but the experience of being well & tightly fitted into potential dress with clamps vs. falling out of a dress with straps that are barely hanging onto me because it's too small did affect my comfort, experience and desire to make a purchase at this shop. I had a particular dress in mind, I mentioned in my email re: wanting to sample it and included my street size and they insisted it was available, but upon arrival it was a much smaller and I didn't get the best opportunity to see how it would fit had it been closer to my size or even larger than my size. My try on experience was affected by the lack of disclosing the small sample sizing, as well as the smaller selection available.
