Last night I went into Walmart late in the evening and I was looking for Plate hooks to hang memorabilia plates i was gifted from my mother. I could not find them and the workers in the area were no help. I asked a random worker if she could help me with the app and locating the wall mount hooks. She was very pleasant and helpful. I went here with a friend just to pick up a couple things, and I don't think I've ever been in a Walmart that was just dirty. Even the staff looked like people coming in in their PJs or sweats to go to work. I was afraid to touch anything it just was amazing that this was a Walmart, I'm glad I wasn't buying anything. Hated this Walmart. The isles are narrow, there were way too many dead ends in the cosmetic, beauty, healthcare area, the layout was all funky and made no sense. It got 2 stars because I did find everything I needed after immense anxiety and frustration. read more

I used to work for Walmart in a different state, so I'm pretty understanding and sympathetic when I walk in to one. That being said, this Walmart was the worst I've been in. First two managers cut in front of us at the deli to get their lunch. The main aisle by toys smelled like sweaty, dirty socks, apparel looked like a tornado went through it. And when I tried paying at the self checkout with a $100 bill it wouldn't take it. When I asked an associate for help she said it took that size bill and kept walking. After picking up two prescriptions and leaving, we were stopped by their "door greeter" because the alarm went off. We literally had the two stapled bags in our hands and that's all. Randomly, the person that is supposed to be improving the face of Walmart, accused us of stealing eye lashes of all things...How oddly specific. We showed her our receipt and she proceeded to yell her justification at us. Not that Walmart will do anything or care about just one person, but I think it's shameful to treat people this way. Said poorly trained door greeter was lucky my wife asked me to let it go, or there would have been a scene. This review is in regards to the pharmacy. I would give this place a no star rating if I could. I went to pickup my prescriptions this evening & was told that the pharmacy manager would not fill them because the prescribing doctors had the same last name as mine. My daughter-in-law is my doctor and has been for about 15 years. She told me that in the 20 years of prescribing medicine this is the 1st time this has ever happened to her. Am I supposed to get a new doctor because she is related to me? What kind of crazy man is this pharmacy manager anyway? My other daughter-in-law is a pharmacist so I guess by this guy's standards she couldn't fill the drugs either.This is absolute nonsense & he should be fired! Needless to say I will never step foot in this place again! It's a dirty cesspool of a place anyway and obviously they've had to dig to the bottom of the barrel to find pharmacists. But after all...it's Walmart! read more

Walmart Supercenter 2525 King Ave W, Billings, MT 59102 I usually shop at the laurel walmart since i live in columbus but it was convenient for me to do order online from this walmart and pick up my groceries. I placed my order at noon and paid with my debit card. I chose the time to pickup from 7-8pm since we would be in Billings at that time. I drop my husband off at 7 and head to walmart. Although the app shows my order being picked, it is not ready for pickup. I get a message on the app, a text message on my phone, and an email at 715 stating my order has been delayed and not to headover to pick it up until i get a message that it is ready. I decided to leave walmart after sitting in the parking lot for over 20 minutes and go pick my husband. I get back to walmart at 805 and park in pickup where the bays are finally empty. I sit for 5 minutes and no one comes out. So i call the number on the sign on the bay, no answer. I call customer service and let it ring for about 2 minutes, no answer. I call customer service again, same thing. I call a third time and finally get a live person. I tell her what happened and she puts me on hold. Two minutes later another person answers i tell her what's going on and she puts me on hold. Third person comes on the phone and i tell her what happened and she gives me a 1800 number to call because she cannot do anything because the pickup people leave at 8. I check my bank account and their is a hold for the amount of my groceries i did not receive for 200$. I call the 1800 number they tell me the hold will have to be taken care of tomorrow because everybody has left. I go into the walmart and wait ten minutes to talk to a customer service person. She takes my name and number, takes screenshots of my walmart app screen and proceeds to text it to the assistant manager who will call me in the morning. I get an email at 5am that my order is ready for pickup. My husband calls this walmart at 630am. He finally talks to the assistant manager and my husband gets one part of my story wrong and the assistant manager says all the bays were not full from 7-8 and he can't do anything but cancel my order. This is the worst walmart i have ever been to or had to deal with in my life. I have lived in Phoenix and never been to a walmart that was this horrible. The bathrooms are disgusting as well. Do not go here! I won't be shopping at Walmart ever again, I will go to WinCo from now on. read more

I went to Wal-Mart to print out my families first family pictures with my grandkids. I went up to the photo shop and this person behind the counter was talking and I didn't really pay attention to what she was saying cause I had my granddaughter with me and usually they ask if you found everyrhing that you needed I always just say yes and go from there. Well she had asked if my pictures were done professionally. Then she was asking me about a release and I said for what they are my pictures, then this nasty looking other employee said no since I said yes I couldn't have my pictures. Then the nasty looking person through a paper at me and almost hit my granddaughter and then when I asked for her name she ran and flipped me off. They can keep my pictures I won't ever step foot through there doors again and those two should be fired for being unprofessional and apologize to me! I will be calling the supervisor for walmart in the morning! I have already talked to a manager there before I left! read more

This is a huge Super Walmart according to WI standard Super Walmarts. It also has a huge parking lot for over night RVers. It is an anchor to a strip of ships like Lowell's and Bed Bath and Beyond etc. We arrived early-around 5 pm and there were a couple of RVs in the lot. My husband was a little hesitant thinking it might be too noisy but as more RVs pulled in he felt more comfortable about spending the night. After a couple of hrs winding down we went into the store to see all the grumpy check out clerks that everyone is posting about. Well, they certainly don't look happy. There were 28 check out lanes and 8 self-check outs but only half of the 28 check outs were being used and each one had a line 2-4 carts deep. When it was out turn and the clerk asked how we were today and my husband gave his usual reply of "Livin the dream!" The clerk replied back. "not me, I'm living the nightmare." Enough said. I casually made a statement to a worker on the floor as I was passing by and got a slight smile. I checked out for one item at a different checkout and barley got a grunt as I said thank you to the clerk. But, the customers sure seemed cheerful so that was a good compliment for Billings Montana. read more

Not that Walmart gives a rats ass what anyone thinks, but we went here to get groceries and few items in the pharmacy area. I needed to buy my normal mascara that I have purchased at Walmarts all over the country. But, after I get my mascara and start to place it in my basket there is a cashier at the makeup section who tells me I have to pay for the mascara right there. What???!! I'm not checking out at Walmart twice. If you don't trust me to pay for my items, you should probably just stop selling them. I told her I was not waiting in line to check out one small item there and then getting in line again when I had the rest of my items at the normal check outs. I gave her the mascara & told her I would buy it somewhere else. If I ever go in another Walmart where they have a separate check out for make up, I'll keep walking right past it. It's worth it to pay an extra dollar or two at a store where you're not treated like a thief. read more

I go this Wal Mart often. But not because I like it. Just because it's then closest one to my house. The lines are always super long. They are more often than not out of what I want. About 50 % of the associates are rude! I love the food at the deli but again, I do not care for the employees working the Deli. However, like most Wal Marts, they do have everything you need in one store (when they aren't out of it) My recommendation would be to take the extra drive time if you have it and go to either Laurel kr The Heights. read more

Oh my gosh. This place has gone downhill...even for a Walmart. Tonight, all I wanted was a simple phone case for my phone. I literally was looking for a cheap, clear one. I found it, which was awesome (and the only reason it didn't get 1 star), and it was only $4.88. Perfect. There were two guys at the electronics booth, and I needed one of them to unlock the phone case...since apparently people steal $4.88 cases. One guy was checking out a customer, and another guy Daniel was leaning against the counter, not doing anything. So, silly me, I thought he was available. I went to him and asked politely if he could open the case for me, and he was super rude. He was like, "Its gonna be a minute. I gotta check this guy out first". Sounds polite enough in typed letters, but he was really rude about it, as if he hated his life more than anything else on the planet, and that my request was out of this world. I get that working for big box retail can suck...I worked for Target for five years...but i was never rude to polite customers, even when i wanted to run out of the building. The whole place was packed, which is expected since it's Walmart, but the aisles are tiny. As in, TINY. The cashier we ended up checking out with up front was equally as rude. I seriously wonder how management is treating these people for them to be so unhappy. I'm sure outside of this store they're nice people. So if any manager reads this review, maybe talk with your other managers about how to make your employees happier. These people were swamped and miserable. I felt bad for them. read more

This is about the Laurel Montana store. Bought a straight talk phone from the West end one in Billings and there weren't any cases for it, Laurel didn't have any either so I ordered one off of Amazon. Well, before it got here my screen cracked and so being it was within two weeks I took it back to the Laurel one to see if I could get it replaced. Not only did they tell me no but, the Lady was just the most condescending person I've talked to in a very long while. I asked for a manger to which she told me they were in a meeting, so I again asked to see a manger and so she went over the radio and in the most condescending voice said "I've got a customer here just demanding to see a manger and at one point she told me "Walmart sells low end products and if you don't like that you can just shop somewhere else". Will be buying future electronics elsewhere and after five years I'll know be saying goodbye to straight talk. What a horrible csm. read more

The store itself is just fine as far as walmarts go...don't take your car/truck here for ANY service, though. Just took 3 hours to have them tell me my tires are just fine when I went across the street not 10 minutes later where they took 30 minutes to not only FIND the hole in my tire, but fix it as well.
