Tried to check in at the hour I was supposed to and was turned away as they were not ready. After a…read more30 minute wait I was shown my room but not given a key. An hour later I was walked in on while naked dressing with the key without so much as a knock at the door. The new key did not work. Hours later late that night they finally gave me a key. I later found out that this key opened every room in the hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous but ran horribly poor. Did not have lights in my bedroom, AC was shut off at night and my room was 28 degrees and hot water was off in the morning! Don't stay here!!!

The manager then proceeded to yell at me that they have no rooms available the second night and there is nothing they can do. I then checked into the room which was quite dated and which has a lot of street noise.
