Here are the reasons why: - Staff greet you and get you set up. Don't forget Insurance card and ID. - Registration area- Every staff member makes sure you are there for the right test and will call your doctor if there are any issues. They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. Yes, trying to get an appointment on the phone is rough and difficult. Do not give up. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember. Tests like PET Scans are done at other another location and not on this site.

I was very impressed that they had free Valet Parking there, like what! That's amazing because it's pretty difficult to find parking in the area so I loved that they offer this! Not to mention the valet attendant was so kind and assured me that if anything happens to any of the cars, the valet company would be held responsible. I walked in eager to check in. Unfortunately I didn't have the images I needed as I was there for a follow up visit and forgot to get my medical records from my previous provider. I didn't want to have to reschedule my appointment but the lady who checked me in was kind enough to accommodate me even if I waited a little longer but they were able to call my doctor and request what was needed. My mammogram/sonogram techs were both amazing and so knowledgeable. They explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable and answered any and all doubts I had. I was so happy to be seen and that everything went smoothly. Thank you to the entire staff for kindness and support.

A few days before my appointment they called to confirm my appointment. Upon arrival at 9:20am for my 9:30 appointment I filled out the usual paperwork and was called within 10 minutes. The Front Desk staff and Shawn the MRI technician were super nice and made me feel very comfortable. The whole procedure lasted about 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place if you need an MRI.

You must remove All your clothes and jewelry and ANY metal objects. Leave your Phone ..(God no!) And all your belongings behind in the changing room. Which is locked as you leave You'll be in the height of fashion, wearing.. only your .. little white Hospital gown. You know the type, with the OPEN back that's tied with the string! Watch out !! Can't you Feeeeel that draft?! After you enter the MRI room. No metal allowed. The guy told me that metal would get sucked into the magntomiter, I envisioned a whirling "Black Hole" pent up inside this thing, Just waiting for someone wearing metal to come along...Hahahaha.. Hold on..!! You actually need me to get inside that little thing? Holy claustrophobia Batman. And what's that you're also saying?? This thing could be REALLY loud ? So use these ear plugs? The guy was really nice, and gave me a little emergency button to press while I was in the belly of the Beast..just in case I couldn't take it anymore. I thanked the MRI Technician for candy coating the experience to come for me. Go ahead I can take it, I told him. "Great sir, I'm glad you're up for it" he said .."I just need you to ALSO wear this GIANT restrictive collar device during the whole procedure". Oh boy. In was really like being wedged into the tiny hole of a piece of Swiss cheese with a lawnmower on your head while wearing an cone dog collar for 20 minutes. Yup, that's all. Cool I'm in! I just closed my eyes during the process and went away to my happy place for awhile. This really helps, because the reality of having a GIANT loud magnet spinning around your head isn't enjoyable. But while the experience wasn't comfortable it was tolerable and definitely not terrible. After the procedure you return to the changing room for your clothes and personal effects. A nice limo was waiting in the parking lot to return us home. Done... easier than we thought. Thanks again to the Staff and Doctors at FAST Care ! We'll have our results soon.

When you get there, go check in and you will provide your id and insurance, sign two papers and then wait in a larger waiting room. They had sanitizer, lotion, trash can and tissues in that room. I was quickly called and then went into a tiny room where i was given instructions on how to remove my top and put on the gown And put all my belongings in a plastic bag they gave me. I was told to go into a room, number two for my exam. Once I entered, I put my stuff down on the chair and took my gown. They asked me if I had deodorant on and I said no. Then they did The exam which was two pictures from the top and two pictures on the side for each breast. Since this was my first one, I think they said that it would be tighter and the baseline for the future. The mammogram didn't take very long ~15min and then i left, there's nothing else you need to do. The staff was kind and polite.

I went to the 3rd floor and they were so many empty chairs but once again I was told I couldn't bring a chair downstairs. The 6 chairs are also placed on the side of the window so while you're waiting the sun is burning on your back and face the whole time. The front desk is also very disorganized. They are rude and they take a long time just to check everyone in. What's was even more frustrating when they finally call your name they take you to another waiting area with many available seats. Down the hall there was a dr/technician in a room that I never saw anyone walk into. He had the door open and had a very bad cool. He kept hacking up a lung every few seconds, then blowing his nose and coughing uncontrollably. I was starting to get very worried this guy was going to do my consultation. Let alone the fact that he is coughing and going to infect the rest of the people on this floor!!!!!! I was really few seconds short of high tailing out of there. Very grossed out. If you are sick stay home and don't come in to share your germs with the rest of your patients. Receptionist came down to the dungeon to tell me after 1 hr that they are going to see me shortly. So on to my review I was sent to get an mri of my left foot from my podiatrist for pain on the left side of the left foot . He didn't recommend a particular place but since I've been here before and had a good experience I decided to come again . In addition it's about a mile from me and has amble parking . I had an appointment time of 3:30 they ask you come earlier I came in at 3:00 . I checked in the front desk and they said I'll be called . I gotta say I was really worried because I had work at 5:00 . So I sat and waited about 10 mins but was starting to worry because the waiting room was packed ! I went back up front and explained my situation and the gentlemen at check in said "don't worry you're good" he was very nice and it made me feel better that I wasn't going to be late to work . Then about 5 minutes after that they called me to the front to fill out some forms as far as signatures and make my co payment . The lady helping me was very nice and graceful. I was afraid with them so packed I would be subjected to dismissive harsh attitudes but that wasn't the case . I quick note make an appointment online or call and fill out the paperwork on your phone or computer ahead of time ! It makes things smoother and better in general . Shortly after I was called in by another nice gentleman he was very thorough nice and attentive. I changed and followed his instructions and headed into the room for my MRI. The test was about 15 minutes and he made sure I was comfortable with an extra pillow and headphones ( it's loud ) . All in all it was a pleasant and comfortable experience and I would go back and would recommend to friends and family . Also want to mention I was out by about 4:00 and was on time for work .
