Main Street Radiology has so many different sites. The Main Street Radiology located at Glendale is one of my favorites. We always try to schedule our appointments here. Here are the reasons why: - Staff greet you and get you set up. Don't forget Insurance card and ID. - Registration area- Every staff member makes sure you are there for the right test and will call your doctor if there are any issues. They also keep you posted with any changes. -The technicians and staff that does the testing will check again and make sure you are okay before and after the test is done. Yes, trying to get an appointment on the phone is rough and difficult. Do not give up. When calling to schedule appointment we had two tests to be done and could only get appointments with two separate locations. When we got to the appointment and told them what happened, They helped us out and we got both test done here. There is a parking lot with an attendant on premise. Just remember. Tests like PET Scans are done at other another location and not on this site. read more

Just about 3 miles is the walking distance from home-base to Main St, almost all the way, there's a cemetery on your right. Gotti is buried there somewhere and the Squirrels are tearing up the joint burying acorns like they're on meth. Tablet typing to begin, sign here, sign there, accept, accept. Done. Into a dark hallway, and someone forgot to hit the lights, it was Halloween 2 ish. Like every scene in the movie takes place in a hospital, minus the stolen morgue station wagon. I had a really nice experience as a first time patient at this Radiology office from the moment I booked my appointment to get my services completed. I was very impressed that they had free Valet Parking there, like what! That's amazing because it's pretty difficult to find parking in the area so I loved that they offer this! Not to mention the valet attendant was so kind and assured me that if anything happens to any of the cars, the valet company would be held responsible. I walked in eager to check in. Unfortunately I didn't have the images I needed as I was there for a follow up visit and forgot to get my medical records from my previous provider. I didn't want to have to reschedule my appointment but the lady who checked me in was kind enough to accommodate me even if I waited a little longer but they were able to call my doctor and request what was needed. My mammogram/sonogram techs were both amazing and so knowledgeable. They explained the entire process, made sure I was comfortable and answered any and all doubts I had. wait time here is very minimal compared to other places and the staff are very professional are knowledgable.

Went recently got my mammogram. I filled out the forms online beforehand yet they still had to ask me similar or exactly the same questions after I registered. The wait time was maybe 15 minutes after my scheduled time. I received a really soft cotton white robe to change into. The other women had the standard blue robes. Not sure why I got the long and soft one that felt like flannel, I appreciated it. The technician was very gentle and explained everything she was doing as she went along. Was there yesterday and i went to front desk and they said sit down they never called me when i went to front she said sit down theyll call you i said i cant find my paper for the appointment she hands it to me i said shy dudnt you read my name and call me up then she made me sign agsin on bottom of tbe list so i had to wait another half hour they wont even look at you. Very understanding about your needs fears and concerns. They make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door. Wait time is miminual. They are pretty prompt on getting all your atuff together.all your medical needs are meet at once. The ataff are kind and caring and very understanding no matter what type of car you need an mri or an breast scan. The place is super clean and organized. I highly recommend coming here read more

Absolutely unacceptable experience. The X‑ray technician was openly confrontational and completely unprofessional. She insisted I walk to her supervisor's office in a robe simply because I declined to repeat information I had already provided moments earlier. Her aggressive tone, hostile attitude, and condescending behavior were beyond inappropriate. #SHAMEFUL #DISGRACEFUL. How is this tolerated? Been here only twice and so far I am impressed ! The whole place is very clean including the wait area. The receptionists greet you with a smile . They are patient and polite. The technicians are gentle and polite. The billing clerks have been patient and polite. It's so refreshing to be taken care of by very nice people, especially nowadays. read more

The most incompetent patience experience I have had. I had an appointment for 11:30 am. I arrived at 10:00 am. Waited for 45 minutes for the staff to log me into the system...... at 11:35 am, I was called by the lady that logged me into the system. to tell me that it was going to be a few minutes, that the tech that was going to do my test was going out to get lunch. at 11:50 am. I approached the supervisor......to ask her what was going on. why it was taking so long. she told me that the tech had gone out to lunch,,,,,that I needed to wait. I complained to the supervisor that that was unacceptable, why would they Booke an appointment,,,,,,when the tech is going to lunch. the supervisor did not seem to care that I was upset......she just asked me if I was going to wait I have never been treated as bad......worst place....... read more

I had to take me daughter to this office for an MRI. She is under 10 years old so she was nervous, but the staff was welcoming and very caring! Quick wait time and they even played music for my daughter during her MRI to keep her relaxed. Would definitely return if needed! read more

I would recommend anyone to go to this establishment. The staff was efficient, professional, and courteous. The facility was very clean and I felt at home. I went in for an ultrasound. My appointment was at 9 o'clock. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Amazing. I would definitely recommend this radiology office. I received superb care. read more

I needed to get a test done and was referred to an nyu Langone lab however they don't even offer that particular test . I was frustrated but then remembered Main Street radiology where I always had good experiences. I was driving in the area with my daughter and stopped in to see if they offer this test and had appointments. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and accommodating and gave me an appointment for just 2 days later . She assured me that the test will be performed on schedule and no need to worry about getting a pre authorization from insurance. So the day of the test I showed up at 8:25 my appointment was for 8:30 and at exactly 8:30 they registered me and took me in for testing . The doctor and nurse who assisted me were so nice and accommodating as well as calming . They made it so easy and so simple and it went so fast . After that I went to my dr appt for a follow up stemming from this test and the dr already had the report not even 2 hours later ! Just had my follow up testing after one year of breast cancer diagnosis. The technicians at this location are the best. Kasha was so caring and professional during my mammogram. Margarita was so caring and professional during my sonogram. If you need radiology services, don't go anywhere else. The facility is so state of the art and the workers are so professional. Dear Mr.Ari.J. My name I will just say is BP, My wife had the appointment today at Main Street Radiology to get some tests taken care of once inside. The people were very nice but before I got into the facility, there was problem getting into the parking lot. You say you have free parking and we have been to Main Street Radiology before my wife and I, and there was never a valet parking to my surprise when I came this time there was and the gentleman that was parking the cars which was approximately 20 feet to 50 feet that they had to move the car would not let me in he refused he said no That this is Valet Parking only And that he can only park the car and I told him I do not let anybody drive my car do not even let them move my car up at the car wash. I do not like anyone driving my car plus there is still Covid going around and I don't like germs in my car or people touching my steering wheel I noticed in one of your other replies to someone who was complaining about this, mention that the valet parking is optional and I do not know if you meant optional to have the park the car or you could park it yourself or if you can use the parking lot or park on the street but the point is if you have a valley parking and people may have to come a few times For tests they should not have to let someone else park their car, especially if they do not want someone else to park the car. It is also like another person who said some people do not have that extra money like to give a tip even though I know you don't have to when you have to come to get different tests done three or four times and leave two or three dollar tip that's a lot to a person that does not really have it to give and some people feel Obligated and they shouldn't have to feel that way Free as you say should be free and it should be optional meaning people should have the option if you were going to have valet parking to the people should have the option to park there cause if they want to themselves I am giving you three stars Otherwise I would have given you at least four probably five stars please the valet parking is where people do not have to have the valley person the car can you tell him that if people want to park the car to let them park the car because some people are running late at the last minute and to not be let in like This person did not let me in and find a parking spot on the street is very inconvenient. I did however drive in even though he did not want me to go in and knocked over a cone because I was very upset. I did not mean to do this, but like you said this should be optional if I do not want someone to park my car, I should be allowed to drive myself. First, let me say visit went well. The technician performing the mammogram was excellent. My 1st time, so she talked me through everything and was comforting and professional...and no pain like everyone tellls me. Also had a CT scan of the heart, this went well too. However, received a call almost a month later saying that they had my address wrong (their mistake) and the bill came back to them. I corrected it with them right away and waited for the new statement, which came about a week later. I paid my balance in full in less than a month of receiving the bill. However, I now received a notice from a collection agency saying I owe the money. I called the location and they said I do not owe anything, a different department handles collections and they must not have updated their records, and I would now have to deal with the collection agency to clear this up. WHAT???? They wrongfully sent it to collections, and I have to fight this out? Also, very bad practice that they never contacted me to say the bill was due, and they would send it to a collection agency in less than 2 months of the procedure. Will NEVER deal with these people again. Letting my doctors know to stop referring to them as well. read more

I was very satisfied with the care I received last month at this location. However, I dropped one star for two reasons. First, I was not comfortable with a male clerk coming onto the women's waiting room with me and telling me what clothing to take off and what to put on. There also were women waiting there who were half dressed even if they were wearing a gown. Secondly, I had a lot of trouble filling out information on a tablet and had to ask for help several times. Last year, the questions I was asked to answer were sent to my computer and I had no trouble filling out the form. I hope that next time the questions can be sent to my computer again. read more

Originally, I left a four-star review on their Google reviews, however, I am realizing how horrible this radiology center is. I already paid my copay in the office (the amount my insurance confirmed for me to pay) and even received a confirmation from the manager of their billing company that they received my payment a month ago. I called my insurance and they confirmed that the copay amounts I paid for both visits are correct, and that I should not have received an extra bill. I emailed this company's billing email address my insurance documents showing that I only had to pay the amount that I paid. I see other bad reviews with my issues and their billing company doesn't seem to resolve your concerns. My insurance rep called the billing company on my behalf and the last customer service rep who picked up did not know what to do and was very rude. My insurance rep tried to explain to him that my extra charge was incorrect, and he told us it's not his job to fix the issue and that maybe someone will help later on. He did not state who or what would happen. read more

Horrible place! Twice when I came here I waited over 2 hours to be seen, I had made appointments in advance and this place does not honor any of that. Both times I went it took 2 hours to be seen, this last time I needed to be seen, they told me the machine they needed to use for my MRI was "backed up" there was a total of 3 people in the waiting room, how the hell was the machine "backed up"???!! both patients were not getting the procedure I was having done at all. This place needs to get their shit together, it's sad because this place is so convenient for me, but they just suck at how they run things. read more

I've gone to this location 3 times over the last month and I have nothing but great things to say! I never had to wait to be seen, the staff was professional, the location was clean. I'd like to especially thank Marguerite, the radiology tech who worked with me at two of my appointments. Not only was she very thorough and efficient, but she was also so kind and had amazing bedside manner. I read your response Ari and I appreciate your follow up. I also understand you have to diffuse as well as protect your brand. However, your registrar did not offer any solutions or proceeded to tell me that she was going to call her manager. Do not make it appear as if I ran out of the office after she told me I needed to pay. I was there due to an injury, how fast would you think I could move? I was never rude nor did I get loud during this time. I stood at the counter for a few minutes gathering my paperwork, setting up my Uber and wished your registrar a happy holiday. During that whole time your registrar was completely quite. Then I limped out of your office. Check your security feed. Maybe this is a training opportunity for your staff but I went to Northwell Health Imaging and I was not billed anything upfront. read more

Beautiful place and nice people; however was packed of people when I went for the exam. 1. No temperature check, irresponsible for patient nor their employees-cross infection. 2. Social distancing- should the medical offices follow the CDC guidelines by decreasing the capacity to maintain a safe environment? I saw people in and out without a stop, is there enough time to ventilate the air? To clean the room for next patient? Feel like it is a money making factory. 3. Waiting time- was told they were back up. How could that happen if each patient is assigned with sufficient time ? Does the manager knows what the patient need? Staff was nice and put me at ease as best as they could given the circumstance I was in. Sabrina, my technician did what she could to be there for support when the doctor was doing the biopsy. While I was called in on time, I had to wait about a half hour until my procedure which I guess wasn't so bad. I took off a star for two things. First is that I feel the women's waiting area could use a little more privacy. As people walked back and forth in the hall, they could look in. A male staffer came into the women's waiting area to get water. Second, and this is what irked me more is the parking. They do have parking and the first two times I went it was self parking. Very convenient. This time it was valet. The parking lot is small but plenty of spots for patients. When I turned into the parking lot a guy gave me a ticket and then told me he had to park it for me. The spot was maybe only 30 feet away from the entrance of the parking area. Then when I got out, I was actually standing right besides the door of my car when I handed the guy my ticket but again he had to drive it like 30ft to the entrance of the parking lot and I had to follow my car over to the entrance. The valet then seemed to be waiting around for a tip. I didn't have any money on me and I certainly did not expect a valet to be there and valet parking really seems unnecessary. If they are concerned about illegal parking they should install one of those things were you can insert a validated ticket on your way out. Additionally, I really didn't like the idea of someone in my car during COVID. Yes, he had a mask on but still. I had to sanitize everything and air out the car. read more

I had a 9am appointment for an Ultrasound. It's 11:16 and I am still sitting in the waiting room. Why have an appointment system unless it sequences people so there is less waiting? This was my first visit. I was extremely nervous but the bright environment and very nice employees put my mind at ease. My check-in process was easy and there was plenty of space in the waiting area for social distancing. Once I went inside, the process was super quick! I want to give a special shout out to my tech, Jessica. She was so friendly and helped me feel calm during my entire screening. She explained what would happen and talked me through everything she was doing. She answered my questions to the best of her ability. I brought my dad to Main Street Radiology at this brand new facility that is very close to home. The intake staff was very efficient and the tech (Paul) was awesome. Paul took extra time to talk to dad and make him as comfortable as possible and did not hurry him. We received results in record time and thankfully it is was good news so we had peace of mind that no broken bones. I highly recommend this facility! read more
