Both rooms look amazing and we are very pleased with his work. We hired Dan after reading about him in a magazine article. He had won awards for projects he recently completed in the area. After having him do work for us, we could see why he was an award winning contractor. Initially he remodeled our kitchen and we knew after that project was completed that as soon as we could afford it, he'd be back to work in our bathrooms. He is a wonderful, honest contractor who guided us through our renovation projects from beginning to end. He helped us with the material choices and gave suggestions as to why some choices would work better than others. The full bath remodel was quite a project as it involved taking out a huge existing closet and taking down a wall between the existing bathroom and bedroom. The new layout works so well for us and we still have just the right amount of space in the adjoining bedroom. It's a bit of a luxury bath with our wonderful bubble tub that I never thought we could have because of space/cost issues but Dan made it work for us and we are more than satisfied.

He had installed a dryer vent while installing the dryer the elbow fell out in my hand. I had to look up the vent code and had the wall opend he had installed the vent with screws against code. I sent him the code via email and it was ignored affter further inspection i found he had used exessive fittings to vent the dryer. When pesented with this he asked me to tell him how to install the vent. He also tried to fix a granite mis measurement with grout and a sharpie marker . He has since disappered and left the dumpster over flowing in my yard. I called the company and of course his account is frozen due to non payment so i am stuck with it. He works under Landmark Remodleing, mid atlantic remodeling and domus kitichens if you see any of these companies do not use they are dangeous and total hacks!!!

I hired this man through Angi and he and his helper disabled the cameras in my house and then…read moreproceeded to go through all three floors of my house to finally be caught on a working cam going through drawers, handling my gun and then demanding to be paid time and materials for 8 hrs work. They only actually worked about 5 hrs. I placed a formal complaint with Angi and saved the video of Ian going through my drawers. He never noticed the camera in that area. I stopped payment on the check I gave him because I wasn't paying him to ransack my entire house looking for whatever he thought I might have. Be very careful with him and his helper. It seems they work together. If you decide to hire them keep a close watch.
