I contacted the company two weeks post-installation. They quickly agreed it was a defect and promised to replace the pieces within two weeks.Unfortunately, communication has since stalled. After multiple follow-ups, I was told parts were on order, but weeks have passed with no updates and no response to my latest email. I am posting this to make others aware of the current communication delays. I will gladly update this review and the rating once the three defective pieces are replaced. They finally came out. Replaced the three panels as you can see in the picture. One panel is slightly shaded at different color and the other one has a dent now.
