We searched for this wine in Paris, unfortunately we were unable to find this particular wine (and they do not ship to the US), but we've found other Vacqueyras varietals that come quite close. I ordered the poisson du jour and cheese plate, my husband ordered the ribeye steak and everything was delicious. I wanted dessert but was so full. Love the chèvre chaud, an old favorite, and the steak with bearnaise is always grilled to absolute juicy perfection. The sleeper hit is the salad; I just really really love a well made salad which is super simple and crunchy but with that thick and tangy mustard vinaigrette that complements everything on the plate. I haven't yet tried all the desserts, since I always go for the crème brûlée. So far I've had it paired with different sorbets, super yummy and true to the fruits, but alas I'm a purist, and really don't want anything cold and tangy interfering with my favorite pudding.
