Just came out of this salon , With half my eyebrows waxed. I booked a full face wax and eyebrows (by threading( from treatwelll. When she was done with my eyebrows , which by the way she wasn't even using threading technique , she was using pluckers. I saw the mirror and half of my right eyebrow ( I have thick eyebrows which go until my nose line ) was missing . I was so appalled that I wanted to cry. The owner said , I should have told the mitarbeiterin what I wanted. Apparently I should have told her NOT TO WAX my eyebrows please. Out of anger and still very calm , I asked for my money back for this ridiculous service. At the time there was a girl who turned around and looked at me and I just said 'she waxed my eyebrow'.. that's it the owner started screaming at me to "get out , not talk to anyone their since I got my 'service' I won't get my money back... thank you but you should have said what you wanted '. It was just getting ridiculous with all the screaming and yelling , I asked her to calm down and stop yelling but she kept screaming. I left as I don't like to create a scene and fight and she was being extremely loud and rude. Overall a very traumatising experience. Be very careful of random mitarbeiterin in their because she DOES NOT take responsibility for their mess up. read more
