Muskogee has lots of good Mexican restaurants, and I try to frequent all of them. I haven't had this Lopez in years, so we had a weeknight dinner. It's a big restaurant with lots of seating. Our server was great! And our fajitas were delicious. The double is enough for 4 people easily. I love that they offer a cold white dip which is a Muskogee tradition. It's really good.
