Online specifically states Lopez Grill offers "Lunch Specials". Online advertises Flautas for $8.00 in the Lunch Special section. The only disclaimer is that it states the offer is not valid after 3pm. I showed the manager that I was being overcharged and that the online price is supposed to be $8. The manager first tried to say it wasn't valid on the weekends. I pulled up the website on my phone to show it doesn't state that . Then the manager says it's normally $10 dollars before tax and that the $9 price I was charged reflected the discounted price. (This highlights that his original rebuttal was a lie) Again, I told him the advertised price is supposed to be $8. He then pulled up a physical menu and showed me the lunch specials and in pen, someone had wrote the # 9 next to it. I told him I ordered online, there was no physical menu for me to go off, I simply followed the online menu links, looked at the food and prices, and ordered based on what I thought would be value, ie a discounted "Lunch special". I asked for an extra salsa and was told it'd be $1.93 for one extra cup. Previously I'd never been charged, just had salsa given to me. I turned down paying for an extra salsa and instead asked if I they would honor the advertised price that their own website was advertising. He offered me a full refund in exchange for the food back. This place has the worst service and this was an online pick up order. My last dine in visit was absolutely horrible and if the food isn't going to be discounted or sold at the advertised price, the horrible service and horrible attitude does not justify the increased (unadvertised) pricing. read more

After a day filled with chaos running to two towns(one with a barfing kitty), we decided it was taco Tuesday, so after dropping off the cat by home, it was on to Lopez Grill for dinner. I got the seafood fajitas(I forgot to say no guacamole), churros (could had been crispier, not so rubbery, good flavor though), chips and salsa, small size. Muskogee has lots of good Mexican restaurants, and I try to frequent all of them. I haven't had this Lopez in years, so we had a weeknight dinner. It's a big restaurant with lots of seating. Our server was great! And our fajitas were delicious. The double is enough for 4 people easily. I love that they offer a cold white dip which is a Muskogee tradition. It's really good. We enjoyed our stop here for a quick lunch on a Monday. I had the steak fajitas and my husband picked the flautas. Both were fresh, hot, and delicious! Their chips seemed to be house-made and the salsa had good flavor, just a bit of heat. Service was friendly and timely. The restroom could use a bit of a facelift with paint and upgrade on the faucet. However, it was obviously recently cleaned, just like the rest of the place. We'd definitely stop again! read more

They feature a big section on the menu labeled vegetarian. It looked great, but just to be sure I asked if they use lard in the beans. They do put lard in the beans and intentionally mislabel them. i guess they think pork is a vegetable. if you have allergies or care about ingredients, ask for an ingredient list because they do mislabel the dishes. read more

I called in an order for pickup here yesterday at my mom's recommendation. The restaurant was quite full from looking at the parking lot, although there is more seating inside than you would think there is. We both had the Grande Chimichanga dinner, and I got mine with shredded beef and sans sour cream. It was fine--not great, but certainly not bad. I was not a huge fan of the salsa, which was a bit watery for my taste. They give you a very nice complimentary portion of chips & salsa with the order, which is nice. Stopped in on a road trip. Never heard of it before. I sat at the table for a bit. Wrote someone brought chips or took my drink order. But, I'll forget about that since it was a good Dr Pepper! It was pretty good. Did not order the queso, which I love most places but was by myself and didn't need that much food. Salsa was good but needed seasoning. Chips were just ok. Ordered a small chicken fajita and it was a large portion. It had onions, bell peppers and tomatoes which made for good flavoring. Rice and beans were good but a small portion. Great food and service ! I came here for dinner on a Monday night! Chips and salsa were first brought to the table. The chips were just ok and the salsa was good. The chips were really just 3 stars good. I ordered a pollo ranchera which was a recommendation of a manager. It was a phenomenal dish. 3 grilled chicken breasts smothered in peppers and onions with refried beans and rice. Flour tortillas are also included. This was a ton of delicious food for a really low price! You must order this dish! I also ordered a sweet tea! Service was great and followed covid protocols with mask wearing. The Enchiladas Rojas were stuffed with a generous portion of shredded beef. The red sauce was a little bland. The carne asada was tender although could have used a little seasoning. They have a hot salsa available that does bring the heat. The service was a little slow. The restaurant can seat a large crowd and at the time we were there, there was not empty seat in the place. We traveled from Texas going to Missouri and we were looking a good spot to dine. Came across this gem, you can't beat the portion and prices at this place. I ordered this single steak fajita and was skeptical that it won't be enough and was leaning on to getting the double. I was proved wrong cos I almost couldn't finish the single. The flavor pops and it just gives you that authenticity you have at home. They were even fast, we sat about 15 minutes after ordering and we got our food steamy hot. Okay. I would never bash a business because I know people depend on the revenue coming in, so here are the pros and cons. Pros - great and attentive service. I walked in by myself and was immediately greeted and sat. Chips and salsa were at table in 20 seconds. While the food wasn't bad for Muskogee, it was nuclear hot. We just ate there because of the good reviews on Google and I wish we had waited until we were back in Tulsa to eat. It was horrible. The food was bad. I ordered my all time favorite plate of a Chile Relleno and it had nothing inside of it and so much breading on the outside to maybe mask that there was nothing in it. The breading was soggy as if it wasn't cooked thoroughly either. The service was horrible to boot. We had to keep asking for drink refills. Our chips and salsa came super late after we ordered. There are several locations throughout Muskogee. Tried the one on 32nd. Was a little crowded but we were seated quickly. My daughter ordered the spinach enchiladas and she liked them but she said they normally don't put red sauce on them but did this time for some reason. They normally come with queso on top. I had the Hawaiian fajitas, they were very good. Had cx,bf,shrimp combo. Beef and chicken were a little overcooked but still tasted pretty good. Was served on a fajita skillet in a pineapple half.
