This spot has been on my list for a long time, and now I'm finally trying it. The customer service was good: shoutout to Tyrese for making sure everything went smoothly.
For my order I got the crogel bacon and caramelized cabbage $12.90, cinnamon roll $4.90, sweet pumpkin bread $4.10, and the Kouign Amann $4.90.
- The crogel sandwich is a hybrid between a croissant and a bagel and is something I had never had or thought existed. The sandwich itself was solid, and it would've been even better if there had been more bacon to match the near $13 price tag.
- The cinnamon roll is a croissant-style cinnamon roll, and it was pretty good. A personal favorite of mine and something I'd come back for.
- The kouign amann is a croissant-style pastry that's not overly sweet, but it's decent and gets the job done.
- The sweet pumpkin bread was alright when you factor in the price and the smaller portion you get, but it's not bad.
Overall, these are some decent pastries that I'd be open to coming back for and recommend. read more
