Customer service is the worst , they don't even act like they care. The place is great, but if customer service isn't there. Everything else doesn't Matter. I asked for a mail tech, they said okay. I've waited for her. Then they said she isn't available. And placed me with this new guy. I told the owner or manager, if he can't do what I'm asking for I ain't paying!! Of course he didn't do what I asked for, and it was nothing difficult! And let me tell you! This place is a rip off!!! What I got done, I could have gone else where it would only cost me $65. They charged me $90!! My original place I go for nail, wasn't available. It's a last min appt... n this is what I get . My nails r so wide as well! Like dude , do u know what u doing ?
