Husband and I gave 328Thai a try this past Saturday for date night and had a pleasant experience. Parking was definitely a bit tough since the lot is small and is shared with Golden Steer and The Mint, but once inside we felt like we weren't in the chaos of Vegas anymore. I loved that the inside had an upscale appearance while maintaining a comfortable feel. The small table lamps were adorable and great for anyone having trouble reading their menu. Our server was quite friendly and offered efficient service despite being the only server as well as the hostess and bartender. We started off with some cocktails; I initially wanted the Jade Mist, but they were sadly out of matcha foam. Instead I thoroughly enjoyed an off menu drink, their Lychee Martini. My husband had the Drunken Watermelon and while it was good, he had wished he had gone for something less sweet (his bad). Before our meal, we decided to share some Chicken Satay. The peanut sauce was incredibly delicious and the chicken was cooked quite well. For my entree, I had the Aroma Duck Curry. The curry was immensely flavorful, duck was cooked perfectly, and I greatly enjoyed the surprise of fresh lychee in my dish. It was a lot of food, which my husband happily helped me finish. My husband's dish was the Crying Tiger. He was happy with the flavor of the meat, but felt it was a little too fatty and the meat itself didn't stay warm for very long. He also received much less food than I did and his was more expensive. Overall we greatly enjoyed trying this Thai restaurant. We'll be back; next time I'd love to try their Pad See Ew and I think my husband will either try something totally different or get the Aroma Duck Curry I had since it was so good. read more
