There was a short line, so we decided to try our luck and wait it out. Luckily, it wasn't a very long wait for a party of 4. We ordered the Palace Pan Roast and the Bouill-Roast. Both were made in front of us and came out piping hot! They were delicious! Rich in flavor, lots of meat, and so filling! Price is as expected, especially in that part of Las Vegas, but such a tasty meal. We've tried to eat here a few different times, but the line can get so long and with limited seating, it just didn't seem worthwhile. However, if you can be flexible on your meal time, you can get lucky with a short wait. I'm so glad to have tried this out, and can't wait to make it back in and eat through more of the menu!

I had explained that I was diabetic and I saw a few single seats available and if she could seat me as I saw she pulled others out of the line after me. She said with a very rude tone--"if there was an empty seat, I would have seated you already." The food was just as I remembered and very good. I may go back again but not in the middle of the afternoon.

As a Vegas local - Don's Prime may be the most delicious steak dinner I've had in a VERY long time…read moreand that's including dining at The Golden Steer. Sorry, not sorry but I ordered take out because I didn't want to get fancied to dine in and figured I could enjoy my dinner in my room with a view of Orbi and the Strip. It was my birthday and i did what I want. And when I tell you I was blown away by the service and food - 5 stars is not enough. My experience may be rare so bear with me. I ordered & paid for: NY steak, med rare Whipped potatoes Iceberg Salad It was just me and I didn't need a spread, just my essentials. Here is what I left with: NY steak Whipped potatoes Iceberg salad Mac and cheese Pretzel breadsticks Croissant dinner roll ALL THE SAUCES And a cheesecake with berry sauce And while I waited - a lychee martini. I walked in wearing sweatpants, a basic tee, and slip ons - i was nothing special. So this service was epic for me. The hostess and gentleman who took my order were so kind and so nice. I wish I got his name, I'm thinking he's a manager of some sort because the amount of stuff I was comped couldn't have come from a basic employee card. He basically said he added everything else in there because "I WAS SO CLOSE" to having the perfect order thus all the add-ons and it's technically what he ordered for himself. I am so thankful. Like this stuff never happens to me. And as much as I thanked him, He said, "THIS IS HOW WE DO IT AT DON'S!" Now, the food. I was a little concerned when I realized I had plastic cutlery but I had to make due with what I had and was not going to call room service for silverware. And hotdogs - i didn't need to. That steak was so tender the damn plastic knife cut through that thing like it was a Japanese blade cutting butter. The flavor had fireworks going off in my soul. I didn't need no sauce to chase that steak down. The Whipped potatoes are the best I've ever had anywhere. The Mac and cheese so gooey, cheese pulls every single time, and the flavor was super balanced. Not to salty, oily, cheese, creamy - just perfect. The Iceberg salad offered more than I was expecting, and that's one dish I finished off. The croissant dinner roll was a surprise. I don't usually care for croissant hybrid crossovers but this one was savory and buttery and amazing. I wish I had soup to dip it into. I dipped the pretzel rolls into the Mac and cheese and all I was missing was a pint in a pub. The cheesecake was thick, just how I like it. Guys, 10/10. It's a steak dinner I'll never forget and it's wild to say that it was a take out order. I'll be making reservations to have a proper dine in experience soon.

Cin-Cin Brewhouse has to be one of my favorite places in Las Vegas whenever I visit…read more The happy hour Kumamoto oysters from 2pm-6pm is the best deal ever. The Red wine mignonette with the Anchovy chili lime sauce and Habanero sauce combination has to be the perfect trio. (Hidden technique, add a bit of wasabi onto the oyster!) (discovered by my sister) The service was a tad slow at first and other people's orders came out before ours even though we sat first. A few orders were forgotten but I am giving Cin-Cin a 5-star review solely because of Chef V. Chef V approached our table and offered to take our order after noticing our table was the only empty table in the dining room. He greeted us professionally and took our order after we waited for 20 minutes and he did a fantastic job. His hospitality is great and he took accountability for the service being slow, and that is what a restaurant should strive for when it comes to their staff. Ana (Anna)? Also provided fantastic service and kept watch of our table to make sure that we got everything that we needed. I would recommend her as your server if you want a pleasant experience where your server cares about your time at the restaurant. The ambiance is cool! If you ever come dine here, sit at the bar and watch the chefs shuck the oysters! It's definitely relaxing and 100% worth the money. Thank you so much Chef V for recovering our experience. I always talk about how great this place is, and although today ALMOST changed my mind, Chef V saved it. Can't wait to visit again! P.S. : To our server whose name starts with a V, I would highly recommend you work on your level of service and hospitality. 1. When you first greet your table, it's great if you would introduce yourself and ask if it's the customers' first time dining with the restaurant. 2. Please bring your table waters after they order their first appetizers or entrees or ask if the table would like waters to start off. We didn't receive our waters til the end of our meal when we asked. 3. Please ask if your customer is finished with their beverages before you take them away. (I still had beer in my bottle). 4. When your guests order appetizers, I would recommend to ask them if they would also like to order their entrees instead of saying "I'll start you off with your appetizers" or Try to finish our sentences for us when we weren't done ordering. (We had to wait an extra 25 minutes just to have Chef V come take our entree orders for us....) 5. Your prebussing capabilities were great. But I feel like you were trying to rotate your tables too quick when the restaurant wasn't busy and there wasn't a waitlist. If there are no customers waiting to be sat, please allow your guests to enjoy their time dining in by being patient. 6. When I asked you about what type of oysters you had available for happy hour, you told me the quantity instead of the region / type of oyster.

The menu is pretty straightforward: tacos, ceviche tostadas, soups, chef specials, cocktails, and a kids menu. Since it was the hottest day we've had so far this year, I wasn't in the mood for anything fried or super heavy, so I went with the ceviche sampler trio. It came with the Tsunami Tostada (shrimp, scallops, sashimi style fish, cooked octopus), the Wipeout (shrimp, octopus, bay scallops, pico in a cocktail style mix), and a more traditional fish ceviche with lime, pico, cucumbers, carrots, and avocado. Everything came out fresh and cold which was perfect for the weather. Each ceviche definitely had its own flavor. Nothing was overly spicy or too acidic. The Wipeout had a little more heat, but I think I got a bite of fresh jalapeño. The only thing I wasn't huge on was the bay scallops. They tasted a little fishier than I personally like and the texture can be a little different, so if you're picky with textures you may want to avoid that one. Kids got the bean and cheese burrito which actually tasted homemade and fresh, not canned beans at all. Good portion size for a kids meal too. The little one had chicken tenders and fries and was happy. We also ordered the fish and chips which came with a ton of fries and 3 smaller pieces of fried fish. I just wish it came with a little cabbage slaw, lime, or some type of creamy sauce instead of only ketchup, because I think that would've made the plate better overall. Customer service started off great, but the ending left a bad taste in my mouth. We were charged an automatic 18% gratuity for having 5+ people even though we were split between two tables because there wasn't room for all of us together. Nobody mentioned the gratuity, didn't show us the receipt, and just handed over the card machine. We ended up tipping on top of the automatic gratuity without realizing until later which was frustrating. Overall, the seafood tasted fresh and the portions were decent, but prices are definitely on the higher side for individual items. Between that and the gratuity situation, I'm not sure it's somewhere I'd rush back to.
