Scheduled 404 Movers to come out on 7/23 at 1:30 PM. I got confirmation over the phone and via email (see attached screenshots). I called multiple times the morning of the move to ask some questions and was sent to voicemail. When I finally got in touch with someone, they just hung up on me. 1:30 rolls around and no one from 404 movers show up. I have my husband try calling who is finally able to get in touch with someone who said they would follow up with the crew. I then get a text from Brent who tells me that we aren't on the schedule and that they won't be able to send someone out until Tuesday! (5 days later). I had to be out by Sunday and couldn't do that. Brent doesn't call me to explain, doesn't try to work something out, or apologize. He just says that he'll refund my deposit. I trusted that 404 movers would be there as promised. They really screwed me over on what was supposed to be a very happy day moving into my new home. I've spent the entire day moving as much as I can over with my husband and am now scrambling to find movers to help with the larger pieces of furniture. This has been one of the worst experiences that I've had with a company. I would never recommend 404 Movers. read more
