There's definitely more to discover for me at Table Thai but first impressions also go a Iong way and I wanted to give a review on my first (short) visit. Upon entering it's a beautifully decorated restaurant with nice decor, a very cool drop down ceiling with foliage and nice lamps, and there's a nice long bar with several seats.
The nice part is they have a nightly Happy Hour every day from 9pm to close. There's plenty of $3-$5 drinks on the menu which many will like. The food choices are limited with $5 items including: fried gyoza, golden shrimp and Crab Rangoon. I tried the fried gyoza which was very good. It came out super hot and fresh and crispy. I really liked the dipping sauce as well. The gyozas are vegetable and you would probably think they were meat. Pretty interesting!
The server was very nice as well and attentive. The ambiance is nice but can feel a tad bright and quiet for an evening. A little dimming of the lights would set a great mood. Also the bar top is rather short in depth - so your knees hit the wall part as the bar top doesn't extend very far. Not a whole lot that can be done since the bar is fully installed - but just a note that may make you sit at a table instead. read more
