Wow. Plain and simple. Wow. Red Truck On the Runway is the "brick and mortar" version of The Red Truck food truck. This ain't no greasy spoon airport restaurant. To the contrary, this is a foodie's paradise. Open until 3pm everyday but Sunday RTOTR is an exceptional find blending culinary talent with Mexican, Indian, Greek and American influences. The result is a party for your palate overlooking the planes. Pork Vindaloo samosas are wonderful, flaky and delicate on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside. The over-the-top addition is the accompanying side that hints of fennel and chocolate. Sublimely delicious. The Naanwich is home made naan bread filled with tasty fillings like coconut curried lamb, cucumber, tzatziki and more. Each bite is delish. Drinks are in the cooler, and a cheerful, knowledgeable cashier/server will bring your lunch delight to your table. I don't award too many five star reviews, particularly for lunch, but Red Truck on The Runway is cleared for takeoff and is simply amazing. read more
