I went to 90's Nails and Spa for the first time today and I paid $90 for a full set with coffin shape, gel polish, designs and a matte top coat. The shape is great, a few of the black nails are a little bumpy and when I questioned if they were completely cured because there was a part of my nail that was still glossy - the woman put another coat of the matte top coat on all of the nails that are black and ended up getting the dust from her using the dremel mixed in; I let that go, cured two more times, I asked again if they were done, I was told yes - but my nails were still a little tacky and before I could say anything, she moved the curing lights back to the shelf -- so there were fuzzies sticking to my nails. They're good and the design is good, very similar to the inspo pic but for almost $100; I didn't expect to have bumps and dust ‍ All of the people working there were talking in their native language and that would've been fine... had they not looked at me, chuckled then talked to each other, looked back at me and continued talking - like they were making fun of me for something or another.
