Went for coffee and breakfast sandwiches on the weekend, and discovered this small gem. Street parking was easy enough, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. A few people were there with dogs. The bagel sandwiches: great variety of options and they were happy to customize with substitutions/addition. I didn't love the actual bagel however, was a bit flat with no chew. But would still go back because the toppings really made it read more
