During happy hour on Saturday 3/8 before 8 PM we were denied by the girl with bangs because we had 9 people. We asked, if we can split tables to get the happy hour prices with 30 minutes and she said no. Never have I ever experienced this having also worked in the food service industry. They weren't that busy and our experience was soured from the beginning of when we stepped foot into the place by the guy that was chummy with his VIP homies in the dead area by the parking entrance. There were multiple servers and we were purposely ignored whenever we used the call service button. Not all the servers were bad, but the girl with the bangs and the guy that looked stressed/annoyed, when we walked in from the other entrance were the worst and ruined our night. Was it wrong for me for me to leave no tip? I think not because this place made money off of me and the servers could've made some extra money, if they knew how to be a server. Oh and the best part was they messed up more by only giving us 1 item happy hour. Not sure, if they did that to show that we were part of the happy hour to the owners, but THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! MAYBE NEXT TIME I WILL SPEAK MY KOREAN. read more
