Popped in looking for something to satisfy my chocolate craving. There was a table of chocolate in front of the entrance (to the left of the front register). I picked up two selections, one familiar with the peanut and chocolate combination and the other a Russian bar that appeared slightly unique in flavor composition.
The Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups made in Little Havana AVOID!!! For $8 they taste artificial and grainy, nothing about the cup translates quality. Four mini bite sized cups for $8 is fine if the quality is there and with these they are not.

Each bite is velvety and lingers on the palette in the most pleasant of ways. This bar would pair well with a Merlot or Cabernet and strawberries if it's to serve as a dessert or night cap.
The store itself is quaint and confined, offering a selection suitable for its size and unique in options. I did not venture down any aisles but the fruit I could see from the front is seasonal and the flowers vibrant.
The cashiers did not greet me, nor did they say anything during my extended transaction as they were unable to locate the price of the peanut butter cups. I was provided my total, offered a bag and a receipt during the transaction, and in absence of a thank you I received a smile. read more
